Poor 2 star experience
The main issue was either the hotel or hotel.com fault. We arrived at approx 2pm on 1st Jan from UK, long flight and long drive from Johannesburg. On arrival we found very much to our surprise absolutely no service available, no drinks, although there was a mini bar in the room, no pool service, nothing at all available to eat, not even an offer of a sandwich. The receptionist advised we could go to a nearby restaurant but that was closed too. On top of this our executive room aircon was very ineffective, reported, but no one bothered. The room decor was fine, bathroom and shower area could be looked at as this was looking a bit old. Bed and linen was good. Breakfast on the 2nd was very good although its very much a find out yourself experience as we were not informed there was a hot choice and everyone was helping themselves to the buffet food but after 10 minutes we saw a hot plate of food being served to one guest. Swimming pool was not heated but the area was in good condition. I wont return personally but i would have liked to experience the hotel on a non public holiday. Also i wont use hotels.com anymore, they should have informed us that no hotel facilities were available.

The property is unique in it's presentation. The room we stayed in was superb and had great views from the balcony. Most importantly, the service and friendliness of the staff was simply outstanding

Loeries Call Guest House was a lovely 3 night stay. My room was beautiful. It had a balcony with a lovely mountain view. The bed was comfortable, room clean, and a wonderful rainfall shower. The place is very quiet and I felt very safe. I ate at the Orange restaurant and the food was amazing. Excellent! The service was awesome! I travel a lot and this place I will remember. When I come back to this area, I will stay again. I highly recommend staying if you are in the area.

This is a very nice place to stay. I have only excellent things to say. My room was beautiful. I had a patio with chairs with an awesome view. The bed was very comfortable. The TV had lots of channels to choose from. I loved the rain shower, it felt so good. The Orange restaurant was amazing, service and food. The breakfast was also excellent. I highly recommend this guest house. I will surely stay again if I am in this area.

Amazing hotel
Super nice and cozy hotel , friendly staff and a nice pool area. They don’t have a bar or restaurant men next door it’s restaurant Orange and they serve you drinks if you like . Nice view over the city.

Stay at Loerie's Call
The stay was excellent and staff extremely well trained and friendly. Rooms are very well fitted and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and the views great, Orange restaurant on site very nice also.

Ein richtig schönes Haus, fast perfekt. Leider sind die Zimmer am wunderbaren Poolbereich etwas laut durch die Straße die auch gerne mal als Rennstrecke gebraucht wird, Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal haben uns einen tollen Aufenthalt beschert....

Amazing views!
We spent 2 nights here and what a beautiful location on top of a hill overlooking the city! The gardens are wonderfully established and so respectful of nature and the service is fantastic! We will return here!

Angels work here!
The hotel is wonderful and all the staff rallied round to help us when we were mugged. All our money, credit cards, cell, camera equipment and passports were stolen. The hotel let us stay longer than planned and helped every step of the way. It’s also a beautiful place to stay.

A pretty sweet small hotel on Cliffside over looking Nelspruit. Easy to park, gated, easy check in, lovely rooms. Little personal touches, comfortable beds and sheets, comfortable bathroom, little perks like a hand mirror to see the back of hair, herbs on towels, an evening snack and fold down service. Thought the breakfast was wonderful with fresh cut up fruit, granola, pancakes, and menu of the day, all included with room. Stayed there twice now. One of our favorites on our vacation.

It was wonderful. The setting was beautiful. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The lovely lounge next to the pool was a great feature. The rooms were large and comfortable.

Great stay!
Beautiful lodge and location. Friendly and service-minded staff. Great breakfast! Also the closeness to the superb Orange Restaurant is a strong advantage. Wi-Fi a bit weak, and would have enjoyed a wider range of pillows while sleeping - otherwise great! We will be back!

Belle architecture et confort soigné
Une halte très confortable (suite en étage avec vue remarquable) sur le chemin du Kruger Park. Etablissement très bien tenu (cadre, jardin, piscine, petit déjeuner...tout est fait avec goût). Parking sur place et restaurant L'Orange attenant offrant un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Simplesmente amamos este lugar, todos os detalhes com muito carinho, o quarto é grande arejado, muitíssimo confortável e com uma vista da cidade linda, e todos os dias a noite recebíamos um mimo no quarto, um docinho água e licor. Todos do atendimento muitos cordiais, as menina do café da manhã foram incríveis. Inclusive fomos até o Kruger e Canyon pois estávamos de carro e as meninas nos ajudaram com reserva e dicas.

Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht hier. Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Die Aussicht und das Ambiente fand ich sehr schön. Auch der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt.

Modern hotel but something to be improved
The hotel is modern and located on the hills with Nelspruit city view. Our room was located on the second floor, so not comfortable access with heavy luggages. The cleanliness was quite poor (found hairs on the floor and in the bed). Wifi quite weak. Good quality Breakfast in nice area. Swimming pool nice and modern. Staff kind. We suggest to have dinner in the Orange restaurant (try Gnocchi plate, very good)

We are extremely disappointed that you did not experience the 5 star quality that our guests have come to know and expect from Loerie's Call. It is definitely not our standard and we apologise once again. For future reference, our standard rooms are advertised as loft rooms with stair access - should you not want a second floor unit, please have a look at our luxury rooms which all have ground floor access. We do hope to welcome you back and we will ensure you experience the true magic of Loerie's Call guesthouse.

Hotellet ligger på en höjd, med jättefin utsikt. Ligger i ett villaområde, en bra bit från centrum. Finns en restaurang på området som är bra. Hotellet består av flera mindre hus. Jättetrevligt. Tyst och lugnt. Finns inte mycket att göra, men det har en jättefin stor trädgård med bra pool. Perfekt om man bara vill ha lugn o ro. Jättefina rum. Hade bra balkong, med fin utsikt. Frukosten är utmärkt. Består av en buffédel och varm som man beställer vid bordet. Gör egna fruktdrinkar varje dag.

Nice hotel, with a good restaurant
Excellent hotel, very well kept and run, in a top of a hill, with beautiful view. Spacious, confortable as even romantic room. Conveniently located course to major road and Kruger Airport.

Fabulous stop to or from Kruger
Our stay at Loeries was fantastic from beginning to end, a warm welcome, complimentary glass of wine (soft drinks available but why would you). Wonderful balconied bedroom accomodation with views over Nelspruit, there was a pool available in immaculate garden surroundings and a softly furnished Lapa to relax in. Breakfast was taken on the outdoor patio in the garden and completed a wonderful stay.
