We made our reservation on hotel.com just like we always do. Reservation was confirmed and we followed directions on maps just like we always do. Upon arriving at the hotel, after a long day, the man at the window told me the reservation was not completed because my card had been declined. Interestingly i had just 20 minutes earlier checked my card for a different reason and saw the charge for the room. I later confirmed with the bank and hotel.com that this was not true and the reservation had been completed. He then continued to offer me a walk and rate, which was $35 more than the hotel.com price. If it had not been so late and I had not been so tired. I would have just walked out. However, I was on a 40 minute phone call with hotel.com and They fixed the situation. Can we find it the original reservation price. They also offered 2 reimburse. What we had paid over the price that they had quoted as. I was also disappointed when we got to the breakfast area. Because one of the reasons we rented, this room was for my daughter's and the pictures of the waffle makers they had in her kitchen area. As you can see in my pictures, there are no waffle makers in that area. We like eating waffles on the road so much that we actually, take our own peanut butter with us to enjoy them just a little more.
