Deeply sorry for the inconvenience the fire alarm caused you. We did have a leak that night causing the one alarm to get wet which was causing the alarm system to consistently go off. We hope we can have you back to show you this stay was an exception!

If you were charged twice that's an issue you need to resolve with expedia. The hotel did not charge you double - as I just looked through our records. Sorry you are having issues with the 3rd party booking site. I would recommend calling the hotel and booking straight with them next time to avoid this issue in the future.
