At check out laQuinta texted me for checkout. It asked if we wanted a late check out. We chose 3 since our flight was later in the day. I never recieved comformation of the extension. We i called down to the desk they asked me to bring the message woth me. When i got down to the desk, they stated they did not honor the Laquinta App and said we had to be our by 12. This was 1048 after talking at the desk. I ran back up stairs and told my Mom we need to get in tge shower and pack, we only have 130 hours left before we have to leave or tgey will charge us for a full day. This is the same app i booked tge room through.

Loved the location. Friendly, accomodating staff. Great amenities. Clean rooms. Bathroom door a little cumbersome but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

People with little to no patience, this hotel is not for you. Staff was very helpful when they got to you, but they seemed short staffed. Very clean and centrally located.

Charged double in what are I guess security deposits? Over $900 the first day then $90-$400 throughout my stay (???). My final receipt was about $690 but a total of over $1,900 was charged to my bank account. Apparently this happened to other guests because the front desk staff told me to block the hotel on my card. If these are not waived I will be disputing it with my bank. Absolutely ridiculous. New management desperately needed. Staff was lovely and seemed to be as confused/frustrated as me.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service and staff at your hotel. When I checked in, I was not welcomed warmly, and the staff was not helpful. When I checked out, I was not given a receipt, which has caused me future hassle. I would recommend that guests ask for receipts when checking out to avoid any misunderstandings. Also, be aware that you will have a hard time getting a hold of somebody at this location if you get charged wrongly. Every single member of your staff that I came into contact with was rude and mean. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be staying at your hotel again.

Fun vibe created by the lobby decor. Staff were helpful. $10 voucher provided to hotel bar. It felt safe. Elevators required keyed entry. Walkable to French quarter and to sports arenas. Price point (hotel and parking) better than other hotels for the same weekend. No deal breakers/would stay again but… Resort fee was $5 more than noted on Expedia. Pool could’ve used a mid day skim - lots of bugs. Parking ramp is very tight and the valet drivers race through there like nascar drivers. No hand soap/bar in bathroom. Areas in corners of room could’ve used some more vacuuming.

Location is great. I was overcharged 400 dollars the next day after stay. Hotel has completely ghosted all calls made to rectify situation. Manager came on intercom to say good morning at 8:30 in morning…. It was insane. Then he came back on and apologized for alarm that was going off… I never heard an alarm…, just him. Then about 1030 the alarm blast for about 30 seconds, then goes off. Left that morning bewildered….. then check my account…, two pending charges.., that ultimately we’re pushed through. Have filled complaints. I would highly recommend staying away from that property!!! Won’t ever stay at LaQuinta again unfortunately. Sincerely, Bummed traveler

Staff ,female person seemed moody & didn't greet us or make us feel welcomed there as guest. She filled to give us same information that we notice she told other guests ,about the extra card for a free drink at the bar, that was inserted with out room keys. We was charged for the list of activities that includes tours ,that we never went on! I didn't notice slot of white guest wearing a green bracelet to verify there were guest at the hotel? I reserve a room with a balcony,but got a view of buildings walls only.They put two seniors on the third floor ,that was very cold with lots of air circulating in the hall areas! ☹️

The hotel was close to the French Quarter without the noise. Parking is expensive and not convenient at all. It took a long time to get the truck parked. I would stay here again but I would bring a smaller vehicle for all the compact car spaces available.

The staff was nice. Issues with the property was we tried to call multiple times over the course of 4 hours to let the property know we were going to be a very late arrival and no one answered ever. Expedia also tried calling and no one answered them either. This caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. Also the room phones didnt work so when i needed anything i had to go down to the desk to get it. This was very inconvenient and a hassle. I would think twice before staying at this location again.

I loved the convenience to the attractions. The breakfast could be changed day to day. I like that there was breakfast. Most of the staff was pleasent and helpful. We did not use the cleaning service. There were noisy nights, but is NOLA. I would recommend and use again.

the information about the breakfast was not specified. there is no daily cleaning of the rooms. The room was having issues with the bathtub. lights were not working well—dirty carpet. the staff was rude while asking.

Our room was dirty, with dried blood & dried mustard on one of our comforters. The room lacked the personal touches of things like trash cans, toilet paper, and towels. There's ONE great guy at the front desk, but the rest were either absent or terrible at their jobs. If you call the front desk, good luck to you. They either don't answer or pick up & immediately hang up on you. I'm writing this as we've been sitting here waiting over an hour waiting for the valet to return our car. Who knows when it will return? We're probably going to miss our flight home. As we were waiting, another customer came in and asked for a refund for his next night due to a dirty room and the valet taking 45 min to return his car.

The hotel and rooms were great. In typical N.O. fashion, there were homeless on the streets around the property that may make someone queesy aboit going out at night.

I Like that its walking distance from bourbon st. What I didn't like was. Water pressure was low. We need more towels. They didn't have enough for us. We had to wait on towels. The employee for very nice. They did eveything they can to help us.

Property is close the French Quarter, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do in the area. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Had cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffles, toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs, sausage patties, coffee, apple juice and orange juice. If you want the breakfast, you should probably go early as they don't refill things that run out. Those that came late did not get any yogurt or bagels. The front desk isn't always manned. There were several times we came and went and no one was there. Room was decent enough. AC worked well. Hotel bar was limited in what they served. Nothing frozen or requiring a blender. Was too cold to check out the pool.

There is no free parking. In addition to a resort fee per day, there is a $250 deposit that many people checking in, including me, didn’t know about. I also had to pay an additional parking fee of over $30 per day.

We had an unknown gentleman try and enter our room while we were relaxing. He was able to open the door but immediately closed it when i said What the heck. I opened the door and looked into the hallway and the guy was quickly going around the corner towards the emergency exit and said sorry man wrong room. Wrong room or not how was he able to open the door?
