Please accept our apologies Morgan for the temperature. I have addressed this with our engineering department. We want our guest as comfortable as possible and sorry to see that you were not comfortable due to not being cool as you like. This is not the standard and we assure you will address this to make sure our next guest doesn't experience the same issue.
