Layed back and close to everything!
The owner was super nice! She even stood in the rain to save us a parking spot and helped us in with our bags! She informed us all about New Orleans and was easily accessible throughout our stay! If you want to feel like you are staying with family this is the place for you! If you are expecting a gourmet breakfast every morning then maybe not. The building is old and beginning to act cranky so just be aware of that too!

Karen was a fantastic host. She was very helpful in providing details about New Orleans and how to get around. The location was perfect for our needs. We parked our car and did not use it until we left 4 days later. Everything was within walking distance.

1869 building, think again.
Could not control the temperature in the room so it was either too cold or too hot. There is a fan but it’s not enough. The window is blocked out and so there’s no light from the outside coming in, feels like a cell. Standing water in the bathtub after our for shower. They did correct that by day two. The breakfast was disappointing. A bunch of packages from Costco type muffins and packaged food. The area is not safe feeling. Many homeless in the park across the street. Someone was murdered by gunfire on our street a half hour before we arrived.

We loved the location. The area had many live music venues and good food options. We weren’t in the middle of tourist district but we were within blocks of the French Quarter. We missed the owner at check-in so we were unable to use the free drink coupons she provided. She upgraded us to Mardi Gras suite which was nice bc we had our own AC; however it had a queen bed, and we requested a king. The breakfast was good. Quiche day 1 and French toast day 2. There were cereal options, fruit and yoghurt. Coffee and juice drink. Overall, it was a perfect stay.

Great B&B
This is an older building on Frenchmen St in the Marigny neighborhood. It is a quirky area with several bars and restaurants. It can get loud and busy on the weekend. However, you can walk to the French Market and the French Quarter in 10 minutes or less. The Inn is beautiful. There is a great little fenced in courtyard to enjoy breakfast and relax in when the weather is nice. The Inn Keeper, Karen, was wonderful and welcoming. She provided a nice breakfast every morning and made sure there was food available to snack on at all times of the day. The furnishings were beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The Best!
Oh my god, stay here if you can! Karen is the best innkeeper ever. She went above and beyond. I would come back just to stay with her. My husband and I enjoyed it here so much! We tried too book for early May, but they are booked. 10 out of 10!

Karen, the inn keeper was absolutely amazing. She treated us like family from the moment we arrived. She showed us around, gave us tips & told us what we must try & see. The property was beautiful and the patio was our favorite place to sit around and chat. It was in the perfect location for night life on Frenchmen street.

We stayed in the Rock n roll room. Funky and cool. Jimi Hendrix poster in the wall from a concert I think I went too 😂 A painting by Grace Slick. A painting of Janis Joplin A sax and a flute turned into very cool lamps. Nice bed. Best of all we’re Karen and Emily. Friendly ,engaging and helpful.

Great weekend stay! Easy, walkable to all french quarter attractions and restaurants. Host was helpful and informative. Street parking only and can be a challenge.

Location location location!! And superior attention by our hostess, Emily. This is a beautifully restored older home right on Frenchmen Street. Our room was small but very adequate with a super comfortable bed and cozy linens. The entire house is spotless. A large variety of breakfast items were available every Morning. We’ll go back for sure!

What a Gem!
Fantastic stay in this extra special B&B located on buzzing Frenchman's Street, but an oasis of calm and quiet once inside the property. The facilities, both in the ensuite bedrooms and common rooms are beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Emily is the perfect host and can provide you with all the information you might need about places to eat, sights to see in this vibrant city.

Spent two nights there. Perfect location, very clean, super friendly and helpful staff, and snacks and beverages available with no extra charge all day! Compare this to the hotel we stayed at the following two nights with dirty floors, $5 for a bottle of water, staff that were cold and not helpful, and haunted rooms to boot!

The location was great.! The convenience to all places of interest, It literally exist on French district. The host Emily is one of the most beautiful host you will meet in this business very professional and extremely hospitable. The rooms and surrounding is extremely clean. No regrets. world famous Frenchmen Street facing Washington Square park. Situated just steps from the hub of New Orleans Music scene including the Spotted Cat Music Club and Cafe Negril, you will be sure to have a wonderful experience.

BEST Place to Stay in NOLA!
Best place to stay in New Orleans and will never stay anywhere else!! Our room was spotless and Emily, the resident host, was one of the best parts of our trip. Emily was so much fun and ensured our trip was a memorable one. The property location is absolutely perfect and just about anything you want to do is within walking (or stumbling) distance. Another awesome perk is the snack and beverage table that Emily keeps perfectly stocked 24 hours a day. I seriously will never stay anywhere else when we visit New Orleans!! Thank You Emily - can't wait for our next trip!!

Awesome stay on Frenchman
Our stay was amazing! Emily was such an awesome host with a great energy that made the stay really special. The bed was comfortable and we were in the room with a double shower head which I loved. Also Frenchman is probably the best location for a fun stay in nola and this place is literally right there steps away from everything 10/10 would stay again.

Great place! Immaculate with beautiful decor and beds that were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us - only a block away from the nightlife on Frenchman but relatively quiet with a nice park across the street. Rita and Emily were wonderful hosts and extremely helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The proprietor, Rita, is super helpful w/ timely information about the city, and offers great tips on how best to get around (streetcar, walking etc.). Free drink tickets to a few nearby bars also super nice! The breakfast was great and always available in case you have late night munchies, too! And the beds super comfortable - fabulous sheets.
