I was there twice and I paid $50 deposit never received neither one of my deposit back the first time I understand but the second time I still have not received my $50 deposit

One star rating after my staff took care of you both times you stayed here. The first time you snuck a dog in the building after you were told no pets allowed and we caught you. Still didn't take the deposit. The second time you came yall left the room completely nasty, guess what still didn't take the deposit. Thanks for the 1 star review which had nothing to do with your stay. YOUR DEPOSIT WAS RELEASED BACK TO YOU, BOTH TIMES!

Breakfast included barely anything and that was very disappointing. Other than that, pretty nice hotel. Only one functioning elevator and the ice machine on my floor was broken. Appreciated the gated parking lot.

Good morning Andrea. The breakfast is just complimentary continental not a full breakfast. The elevator is a problem for staff as well. The part for it should be in any day now. Other than that glad you had a decent stay.

They keep the property really clean. Fresh towels every day without having to tell anyone.

It smelled of marijuana in the halls, elevator, and parking lot. The bathroom smelled like mold. The outside door into the hotel was not locked so anyone could get in. The TV remote did not work. The water in the bathroom tub was running / dripping the whole time and smelled like mold. The only thing decent was the AC.

You are always at this hotel. Every time you come we make sure your stay is decent. To put this review in without even giving us a heads up that something is wrong is a little unreasonable. Thanks for the review!

There was a Roach in the bathroom. Hallway nor elevator had a good smell.

Property was in poor condition all around. Very dirty. Many things within the room such as the TV and the air conditioner were either in poor repair or not operational. Dining area was extremely dirty and not kept stocked. Room was OK but lots of things were in disrepair and dirty.

When i went to the front desk to ask for towels the staff was rude. I ask for towels and the clerk said YOU NEED TO BRING THE OLD ONES. i said ok and when will i get the new ones he said in an hour. I said i was leaving in a hour he began to yell saying you trying to tell my hiw to do my job? I said what?? And i informed her I NEVER WILL TRY TO TELL you hiw to do your job BECAUSE I WILL NEVER WORK FOR A HOTEL . I LEFT AND WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY WITH A COMPANY TO BE DISRESPECTED!

This not how the conversation went. I told you just as you stated, I would have gladly given towels if you would have exchanged the old towels. I never once yelled or became disrespectful. I simply explained how you could get what you were asking for. I'm not sure if you are trying to belittle the fact that I work for this hotel, but if you are it says a lot about you as a person. I guess since I work for a hotel I should be disrespected by you? I am happy to know that your stay was good otherwise!

Ronnie first off glad the stay was good other than the guest you mentioned. We try our best to keep a quiet hotel. Every once in a while we get a loud guest. Once it's reported or we catch it we resolve the issue.

HORRIBLE ending to a perfect date night Entty into the parking lot is hard, once you have checked in and trying to get into the gate you have to basically go around the awning then enter into the parking lot as if youre re-entering Once in the hotel the hallway has an indescribable odor NO hot water in the shower, tried to adjust the temperature for more than 20 mins... NO HOT WATER While in the bathroom a roach appeared, had to use a pestocide to kill and spray around the room. Not to mention while preparig to check out, saw ANOTHER baby roach in the bathroom again I must say a few years back this hotel was well maintained and perfectly kept, when it was a chain hotel... now it is not worth the money

Sorry your stay didn't go well. This is the first time of me hearing someone had a hard time sing their card to enter the gate. We spray all the time for roaches. 2 or 3 times a week. Thank you for the review. Will look into your concerns!

leaky toilet but resolved by moving to another room. bathtub slippery, odor to room 408. lighting poor around property. Bike cable lock used to secure side door by parking lot. Stores and restuarants nearby are either closed or close early. parking lot secured.

They had roaches in our bathroom .we did not have a enough bed towels are toilet paper. Miss breakfast breakfast stop at 9. The microwave in the room do not heat properly .

Sorry about the one roach you saw in the room. We spray for these type of bugs often. My staff did say you reported seeing one roach. My apologies again! Did get a report on the towels, toilet paper or microwave. All these are easy things to fix with one phone call.

It was dirty, no floor mate, dryer dirty, clock broken, no list of restaurants nearby, not worth the price and wont stay again nor Recommend to anybody.

En general la estancia estuvo bien, en el desayuno no habia fruta, recomiendo pongan un poco, aunque sea unos platanos y unas manzanas, pero siempre es bueno alguna opcion saludable en el desayuno.
