Our room was beyond disgusting, black mold visible every where , every blanket & sheet had a visible stains. Toilet seat fell off when I put it up to pee. The mirror in the bathroom looked like it had blood splatter on it. It was over all disgusting.

There was literally dried up pee on the toilet seat and the mirror was dirty. I’m not even sure they cleaned the room. There’s also holes in the walls.

This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The floor was not clean as evidenced by the sole of my white now black, socks! The heat had 2 settings - full blast heat or had to turn off and room got cold. No hot water. Ran the water in the bathroom faucet for 15 minutes and never got warm, let alone hot.

Great location. Clean, comfortable room with exceptional staff. Proximity to Walmart, Sheetz and I-77 are major conveniences for me.

This property was not what the website explained. Listed Breakfast. Had none. Coffee available in room but pot was missing lid and no cups the first night. Shower very disgusting. So much Mold in shower and on ceiling of bath. Microwave was dirty with food still on plate that didn’t fit the microwave. Not even a chair to sit on and no table. This was the worst place I ever stayed at. It was cheap but that should not have anything to do with the condition of this place. Needs some serious update. Even had cobwebs.Everything dirty to the touch.

I left a review yesterday about this property. It was very negative. I talked to the property manager. She is new to this establishment. No one made her aware of the quality of this room. She has updated several rooms so far. Also, purchasing new mattresses and pillows for every room. My husband said he got the best nights sleep in a very long time, even on our mattress which is only 1 year old.

I had a heart attack and had to cancel the trip. No way to contact the hotel. Travelocity agent could not get a response. All phone numbers disconnected. Beware.

I will not be going there ever. No chair in room towel bar was on floor. Tv had no channel guide and maybe 15 channel. room and door need to be panted

If I remember correctly , you had came in stating the wedding was 45 minutes away , and that if you had some cocktails you wouldnt want to drive. You then asked for my help finding a hotel closer to the Venue. In which i did accomomodate in helping you find a different Wydham property.

Checkin was quick by friendly counter employee. Facility is older with ni fancy amenities. Bed is comfy and air conditioning worked great… which was about all I was expecting.

Place was a total dump. Virtually nobody was staying there for obvious reasons. Property picture shows a pool which was not even operating, was empty and needed many repairs. Listing said breakfast was included, which was not. I was sold a complete bait and switch product. I felt very unsafe at this property location.

Mark, Breakfast is a to go bag breakfast at the front desk. It is a shame that felt unsafe, Since the new manager has been on property there hasn't been any issues at all.

The property wasnt terrible. But the walls were very dirty Bedding was clean but had a cigarette burn on the top sheet. the bathroom was clean. We had to ask for towels and took out our own trash. we were there for 4 days and only seen hotel staff when we went to the office to get towels. All things considered, we will probably stay there again. Simply because it was quiet, the price was great, its conviently located , and we arent in our room much when we are in ohio.

The experience was HORRIBLE. The floors were filthy and sticky. I had to wear shoes the entire time I was there, because every time I walked on the bare floor, I had to wash the bottoms of my feet. It wasn't just a little dirty, like they would be if I walked around outside without shoes... walking on the floors, would leave the bottoms of my feet BLACK, like TAR. Our first night's stay, there were only two towels provided in the room for a double occupancy. No hand towel, no washcloths, no floor mat. Because of the late check-in, I did not ask for these to be provided. The next morning, I spoke to the other occupants of the 2nd room that I reserved, and I was told the conditions were much the same, only with the addition of the fact that they did not have toilet paper, their refrigerator didn't work, and at least one of the beds had multiple curly black hairs on the sheets. The pillow had what looked like mucus encrusted in several places on it. When we returned from our out in town, event the beds weren't even made. The covers were simply thrown over the pillows. What a horrible experience! Also of note, is the fact that in the middle of the summer, the pool was empty and access to it was locked. Horrible, filthy experience.

Staff was very nice and accommodating!!! Clean rooms and clean sheets and bed linens. Great price for the Hotel. Hotel is older and kind of outdated but don’t let that (FOOL YOU)!!! Great place to stay!!! Would recommend it to anyone!!!
