로비 직원 분들이 매우 친절하신 편입니다. 요청 사항도 즉각 해결 가능합니다. 공간이 매우 큰 편이고, 초기 디자인은 좋은 편이나, 관리 유지의 문제인지 노후의 문제인지 객실 내부 시설에 조금씩 수리 필요한 부분이 보이기도 합니다. 민감하신 분들은 권하지 않지만, 아니시라면 추천합니다.

월 스트리트 지역 중 괜찮은 호텔
예상한 만큼의 서비스와 호텔 룸 상태. 새로 오픈 한 호텔인 점과 위치 등을 고려 했을 떄 비싸지 않은 숙박요금, 하지만 모든 면에서 조금씩 부족한 듯 느껴지는 서비스는 개선 해야 한다고 생각한다.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of the bed. It was more or less college dorm room futon at best. Great linens but the bed was very uncomfortable. Very disappointing given the rest of the room was 5 star.

When my family got into the room, 701, we heard an incessant noise from the hvac, so we made a complaint twice and finally moved to suite because all other room was fully booked. Important to mention they had earplugs on the bedside table; they most likely knew about the problem. The suite that we moved to, 1502, was too hot so we asked them to fix the room temperature while we were out, since the thermostat didnt seem to be working. When we got back, we realized they add cooled the room by opening the window, not by turning on the thermostat. First of all, it was not safe to open the window on 15th floors. They also did not explain why they hadnt fixed the thermostat yet. If youre gonna be a hotel, be a hotel properly. Second of all, the staff except manager were rude. They were extremely apathetic, and seemed very annoyed with us. Thankfully I only booked 2 nights. Definitely dont recommend this hotel.

Nice room but boiling hot
The room was nice and spacious however, the room was boiling hot. We had to call guest services to inform us that closing the fan will end up cooling the room. Something that is not the usual norm. Moreover, there was construction in the morning. Something that may be out of your control but has an impact on our experience

My car was damaged in the parking garage next to the hotel which was recommended by the Hotel.

Günstig gelegen, fußläufig zu diversen U-Bahnen nach Uptown und zur Staten Island Ferry. Umgebung Abends und Nachts ruhig für NY-Verhältnisse. In der Nähe ist ein kleines altes Viertel mit Kneipen und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war groß und ordentlich. Nicht so gut war die Belüftung. Selbst die niedrigste Stufe hat kaum Kühlung gebracht. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gepäck konnte nach dem Check-out kostenfrei gelagert werden.
