In the heart of bay ridge where I grew up. Train station is about 2 minutes away which was so convenient especially since I was travelling with two kids. The only thing I was not happy about was the fact that the hotel smelled of weed - ALOT. In and out it smelled so heavily of it. Also being told I can do a later checkout but on the day I was told I cannot. Communication needs improvement between staff and customer, other than that wouldn’t change anything.

The front desk staff were excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The bathroom needed a paint job though was nice and clean. The biggest issue is the difficulty in parking, especially that the hotel website advertises valet parking when there is none. There is some street parking and a municipal garage a short walk away.

I did not enjoy this property at all. The ceiling was paper thin and we could hear people walking above and beside us all night. In addition, our toilet was broken and unable to flush. Someone came to look at it and said, sorry, you’ll have to use the bathroom in the basement lobby. It was a terrible experience for myself and my daughter. I would never stay here or recommend it even though the front desk lady was kind and the location decent.

Good evening the stay was good, the staff was good and respectful. Only one thing i had a problem with and it was the breakfast. The breakfast can be better, there were no fruits, the eggs and sausages were cold. Thats my only issue

Overall the hotel was fine. I felt safe and all the staff was great. Not to mention, for hotels in NYC, the price was fantastic. However, there were some issues. First when we arrived, our room smelled like marijuana and I know enough to know that someone smoked a blunt/joint in my room very very recently. I was with my 4 year old son, so this was concerning. Later on, it became even more clear that someone had been smoking in the room because they put a plastic bag over the smoke detector! This was upsetting for many reasons b/c I again was with my son, this was VERY dangerous and lastly felt that the room had really not been cleaned very well. The last issue was just general upkeep of the hotel and updates, all of which the hotel needs. But overall it was fine. Breakfast was pretty good.

Get location for us. Lots of food near by very walkable. Very well kept hotel, decent breakfast. Rooms are a little small but not a problem. I would definitely recommend it

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage in Brooklyn, nur 5 min Fußweg zur Subway. Saubere, geräumige Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, die täglich gereinigt werden. Sehr freundliches Personal, dass sich auch bei kleinen Problemen sofort kümmert. Frühstück ist ok, man muss schon mal nachfragen, wenn etwas fehlt. Allerdings ist alles aus Plastik, Teller, Becher, Besteck, Bagels in Folie eingepackt, usw., so dass es Unmengen an Müll gibt - nachhaltig geht anders, ist halt USA… Wir würden aber dennoch wiederkommen, denn das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top.

Nous venons de passer 1 semaines en famille dans cet hôtel. (Fin décembre / début janvier) Nous sommes vraiment contents de notre séjour, le métro est à 1mn à pied, le bus aussi. L'hôtel est très propre, nous avions une chambre avec 2 grands lits, chambres la moins chère sur le site et pourtant nous avions un frigo et un four micro-ondes cafetière dans notre chambre. Plusieurs serviettes de toilettes de différentes tailles chacun (régulièrement changées) Le ménage était fait tous les jours, on nous remplissait les dosettes de café, sucre... tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est varié et la personne qui s'en occupe réapprovisionne régulièrement, elle est très gentille et s'assure que nous ne manquons de rien. Nous sommes même allés un matin à 8h30 en pensant qu'il ne resterait plus beaucoup de choix car cela fermait à 9h, et finalement il restait encore de tout. Vraiment très agréablement surpris de ce séjour car certains commentaires nous avait un peu inquiétait. Aucune odeur désagréable, un service de bagagerie gratuit le dernier jour. Tout le monde était très gentil et professionnel. Le uber nous a déposé devant la porte très facilement et est venu nous chercher le dernier jour devant la porte également. Le quartier est bien avec beaucoup de commerces et restaurants. C'est calme et bien insonorisé. La température du chauffage était agréable. Nous rentrons vraiment heureux de notre séjour pour découvrir New York. Merci et bravo à toute l'équipe du Best Western Gregory

El hotel es un poco lejos de Manhattan, aprox 50 min en metro, pero la estación está a unos pasos y se llega relativamente pronto al centro. El desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente, huevo, cereales, pan, tocino, jugos, café. El personal muy amable, siempre limpio. Me volvería a hospedar ahí. Muy cerca de Dyker Heights, ideal para épocas navideñas.

We were here for Christmas with our son who loves in the area. The staff was outstanding, we were very comfortable and it was near our son’s neighborhood. We would stay here again.
