Cet hôtel est situé trop loin de Manhattan même si bouche de métro à 10 minutes Le personnel de l'hôtel répond à nos questions mais pas souriant. 2 gardes sécurité sont là 24/24h (assis dans la salle de petit-déjeuner) Hôtel très bruyant à l'extérieur (musique voitures...) et à l'intérieur : insonorisation à refaire.: on entend le personnel parler et rire la nuit..... Chambre ok avec une bonne literie. Petit-déjeuner peu agrémenté Toujours besoin de demander à la dame de service ( qui était assise en train de regarder la télévision) pour remplir le buffet trop vide même à 8h00 On nous a accordé de laisser les bagages au départ mais ce n'était pas gagné...De plus pas de toilettes au rez-de-chaussée avant de partir.

Will kept near shopping on point hotel
The hotel is very clean and nice.The room cozy and bed very comfortable .The staff is super make you felt at home from home .I already have another booking to go back, that's the only place i will be when taking a trip to brooklyn .The only one thing the night staff needs to know that the breakfast area is always open to the guss at any given time . Please any one taking a trip to brooklyn go to this hotel The cook ms doreen you have to taste her hand now you know, you are at home she acts like the mother you have at home in your kitchen always there thank you ma'ma This hotel should recognize employees like her ,and make sure they are well taken care of because ms doreen is the one brings you back there .I will not think of going to another hotel it will not be the same with out her there that you

Although we asked for an earlier check in time and was told that wouldn't be a problem they still had us wait 3 hours to check in. The room had something sticky on one of the plugs for the lamp, the room was dusty. The best part is they replaced the complimentary shampoo with a bottle that was more than half empty. I almost forgot about the girl behind the front desk that rolled her eyes when you asked her a question. I will not go to this hotel ever again Or ever recommend it to anyone.

Just for convenience to be near friends
I started out please with the hotel, 1st check in, on my 2nd visit the reception was blank, but nonchalant. Upon my return was the worst. I was treated like if I did not have paid reservations, I got a room in the basement to my dismay, because I told them I was returning for the weekend, however I asked 2 be move and later the next day got a room on the 3rd floor which was much more to my satisfaction.

Disappointed hotel stay
Not happy with my stay and hotel is overpriced. The pictures on the website is not what I expect it to be and it was deceiving. Service was not accomendating to the guest. Housekeeping was loud and rude. Dirty room.

Sleeping in a saggy mattress
Tell phone wasn't plugged in. One of the mattress was saggy, we're talking sleeping in a mattress. Not good for your back! Couldn't get the shower head to work, but that was just human error on our part. The lady in the breakfast area wasn't very pleasant at all.

Annoying check in
The check in was kind of annoying the girl was on her phone in front of me and another guy that was fixing stuff and she was taking about her work scedule on her personal cell I found it rude and she didn't hurry to hang up either she proceed to talk then finally hung up to check me in

Terrible
The hotel is very loud at all hours of the night; there were people screaming in the hallways. The blinds in our room were also broken, they literally fell off the hinges leaving us with nothing to block the sun from coming in at a ridiculous time. It was miserable being woke up by such a bright room at a crazy early time, after getting no sleep from the noise the entire night.

Room looked clean,ambiance- relaxing,beds were comfortable.Breakfast-good taste and variety.Water pressure VERY low in bathroom,faucet to turn on shower a bit complicated.Front Desk staff-okay,Breakfast Attendant- insisted I said good morning before giving service,Manager (I assume)-RUDE, was LOCKED OUT of room before check out;we had went to breakfast downstairs. The Indian man who finally came up to floor,after having us wait for quite some time, offered no apology or explanation.Overall not worth almost $200/per night

No Comfort at the Comfort Inn
Room was very small and was not cleaned very well. The heater was noisy waking us up during the night. There was no nightshade on the window so when the sun came up it shined directly into the room.

This hotel has deteriorated since I stayed there last, although the breakfast room has improved. Floors were dirty and dusty, the toilet smelt of old urine, and the bathroom was sticky and grimy. Cleaners were anxious to leave as quickly as possible and used a mop to clean the bath. Poor standard of hygiene in the room. The cleaning supervisor was seen sleeping on a bed in his shoes during a shift and had the same shirt on for 3 days. The counterpane was grimy. The pillow however were plump and the fridge was very clean, although it iced up all drinks.

Not worth the steep price at all.
Old worn out room and bathroom especially. At complim breakfast with 1 hour left they ran out of food and said they will not replenish what ran out. Bare minimum bathroom toiletries. Old things, coming off the wall. Tiny tiny lobby. Hardly any parking space for guests. neighborhood looked run down.

Stay anywhere else!!!!! RUN!!!!!
This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed! The room was so small only one person could stand up at a time. There were stains on the towels, white creamy stains on the bed cover, and the bathroom smelled like urine. Also the staff could benefit from some customer service training. Everyone acted like they absolutely hated their jobs. NEWS FLASH: Go to college. I didn't ask u to make that your career! We went down for breakfast at 9:20 because it ended at 10 and the employee was very upset with us as if we were late! Also there was nothing out to eat. Not even a bagel! And parking is a joke!!! Do not stay there!!!!!!
