Property was under renovations nothing to do food was horrible rooms were a mess the couches were pelling off showers weren't working properly.

but construction on the pool and fitness center was in process. The whole hotel needs to be under construction. The rooms are soo outdated. The chairs in the room was peeling and the sofa was stained. I thought my last experience was bad but this stay was horrible. The furniture was old and dirty. The shower was broken and half fixed. Breakfast was the worst. I never been to an Embassy hotel with lack of food choices. I wasn't informed at check in you had to request turn down service so we had to request wash cloths and towels. The restaurant was closed early both nights so we had to order out. If the Hilton's knew this hotel looked like this it would be shut down ASAP.

There is major construction in the lobby and the fitness center is closed. Debris is everywhere. The hotel should not be allowed to remain open while major construction renders it unsafe. Also, room was filthy and an impolite lady at the desk said it could not be cleaned unless we gave 24 hour notice, which was impossible because we were not there the day before.

Hotel always been one of the best stays me and my family come to and im so happy to know the pool will be finally opening my kids are extremely excited even though its under renovations for the better 😊

Property didn’t have hot water running, also staff was too busy to clean room upon request and when asked about new towels. room service was not available.

Our room was dirty. Looked like there was a party there the night before and wasn’t cleaned well. The website never said the pool would be closed as well as the fitness center. One of the reasons we chose this hotel. There was no coffee at breakfast and food was limited. Probably the last time I will stay at an embassy suite and will not let the teams I oversee stay there. Very sad and disappointing.

Please accept our apology for the inconvenience caused to you. It's on our web-site that we are under construction and the pool is closed. Our front desk is open 24 hours if there were a problem you could inform the front desk so that we could make it right.

Ryan, an excellent person, very attentive, but the hotel management was terrible. 1) Rent 1 event room 2) Rent rooms for 5 people The people at the reception are very rude, I paid to sleep 5 people and they only gave me two beds and they don't want to give you a discount for renting the event hall and what did bother me is that the hotel added charges for parking on the bill. the guests of the event and when parking was free when leaving the event, they robbed me and made me see my company as if it were a scam
