We can’t understand your review after your grandma came back to apologize for her really bad behavior and actitud. Also, You can’t expect to stay in an apartment then start accusing for things when you don’t have prove of it trying stay for free asking for refund. No very honest.

We have send you several messages from the day you book explaining that the 100 has to be paid by cash, also there is information about this at the time of booking.3. We never request you to clean the apartment, just to take the garbage out and clean the dishes.4. How could We help if you find a problem like bugs and you don't inform us?Please, next time be more communicative with your hosts during your stay.Thank you.

Dear Misael,It's sad you ruin all our work just because you didn't like the apartment. Our place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Your problem was that you didn't want to pay a bit more to have a bigger apartment, you asked to switch once here but We were fully booked for the weekend. We replied quickly to every request you made but the only thing is you didn't like the pace you choose.Best regards.

Hello Luke. Thanks for letting us know. About the animals, we always recommend people not lo let food outside. This is a huge problema in Manhattan, not in our property. There are rats everywhere, in the street, in the subway. Lucky us, we don't face that problema much, but as soon as you don't mantain the unit clean, it can happen. We are so sorry you had that issue. Next time, let us know from our Reception #5 and we will help inmediately.

No sabemos a qué cama en concreto se refiere, pero lo revisaremos para ver si había algún tornillo suelto. Siempre preferimos que nuestros huéspedes nos comuniquen cualquier problema en nuestra Recepción #5 ya que estamos los 365 días el año ahí y podemos ayudarles de inmediato. Gracias por su comentario

Hello Kevin. That issue is not related to us. Our apartments and service is good and our building is located in one of the best spots in the city. A fight among security and a un polite guest is not us. So sorry
