Called and called to get reservation modified on wed for Friday check in. Wanted to check out a day early was told by management that they would honor it over the phone . Then told by you all that he denied. Was told that management was not on duty( smh management was there the entire time ). Keys never worked for rooms. Had to keep going to get new ones. Peer around the bottom of toilet. Sink broke and glued back together ( the entire front lip). Hair in tub ( very long)

I booked a 2 night stay. When we got there on the walk to the room I saw a tore up Mt. Dew can on the floor in front of the vending machine. It was there still when we checked out. When we first got there we weren't there long and left out. When we got back we tried to turn watch TV but it wasn't working. I picked up the phone up to call the front desk only for the phone not to work so I walked down to there and nobody was there but there was a sign on the counter with a phone number so I called it. I was standing there listening to the phone ring but nobody was answering. We ended up having to watch TV on our phones. The next day I was able to get someone to fix both the phone and the TV but when I asked what sort of compensation i would receive for the inconvenience I was told nothing. I do not recommend.

The rooms and the facility were clean enough and the hotel was quiet, however, we only saw one employee the entire weekend. I got the feeling they were severely understaffed. The only issue I had with the cleanliness of the property is that there was a chicken bone on the ground right in front of the door leading into the main lobby. It stayed there the entire weekend. Regarding our room, the security latch was broken and the smoke detector was hanging from wires in the ceiling. Although we notified the front desk employee, he said he would mention it to the manager. Also, all the appliances were unplugged. We didn’t realize this until we opened the mini fridge to put something in it. So we had to plug them all in - microwave, fridge, and lamp. The TV was plugged in and was already on when we came to our room. Breakfast, which was included, was just waffles, cold cereal, coffee, and juice. I say “just” because we have stayed at another Sleep Inn and the breakfast provided was more extensive. Again, there were no employees, except the front desk person. It is a small thing but the employees we did see were in street clothes, not the uniforms you expect from a chain hotel. We will probably stay at a Sleep Inn again, but probably not this one.

The renovations were ongoing, no breakfast area and I was the only guest to stay there- so I didn't. The manager said my card had not been charged and I could cancel so I did. Very sketchy.

Horrible paint smell
The paint smell was so bad we had to leave once I got to the room I got really light headed and began to vomit.

I did not like the property at all. The photo Image shown online versus what I saw when I drove up was very different. The lobby entrance apart from the front desk was nothing but drywall. The elevators were dirty. When I got to my room to try and hang up my clothes, that was the rack or hangers so I had to leave everything in my suitcase. There was no blow dryer nor iron to press my clothes. The accommodations for nothing more than spartan – very basic. Plus they charge me for an early check-in – $35. The state was very disappointing and I would not recommend the property to anyone.

Not clean, no working microwave, bed linen dirty
In room 204 doir was left opened, wasn't clean, and smelled like smoke. The that I was in next was 216, and microwave didn't work, the bed had no clean linen, no daily cleaning in my room, no fresh towels, and a lot of smoke in the hallway, which set off the alarms.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. 1. FIRST IMPRESSION: Property is outdated as we were already aware based on pictures and pricing. They are “going through” renovations, but really just looks like equipment, material, boxes, etc. just being stored anywhere and everywhere. Not sure how much work is actually going on. Pool was also “closed due to renovations”. There’s a HUGE pothole in the parking lot that you cannot see at night and you will damage your vehicle if you drive into it. Carpet throughout the property was old and damaged. There were a mixture of bad unhealthy odors from the front desk, in the elevator and in the way to the room. The elevator was old and wobbling, and trash was visible through the ceiling. 2. THE ROOM Completely filthy. The conditions were so bad we did not even ask to switch a room but we completely left the property and found a real hotel that my family felt comfortable to sleep in. The room had a bad odor that matched the hallways. All towels, sheets and pillows were old and questionably washed/cleaned. Cigarettes hole and bloody looking substance on the sheets. We found hair all over the blanket. Trash and past guest garments under the pull out sofa. Spider webs everywhere. Dead AND live bugs. Shower/bathroom had mildew and rusted vents, completely in no condition to be used. 3. SERVICE Front desk was completely rude and aware of the complete conditions of the property. She did not seem to care. This has to be the worst property I have ever visited. PLEASE REMOVE!

The WORST Hotel Imaginable
I am 78 and have traveled the world for 50 years for both business and pleasure. This hotel, it’s condition, services and pictures are completely misrepresented on Hotels.com. This is the WORST hotel we’ve ever stayed in. It is dirty beyond belief. We transferred to three different rooms and finally gave up. It was just too late to find another hotel nearby that had two rooms and was pet-friendly. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke, had no lights by the bed, only one working light in the bathroom and the shower was filthy; the second room carpet was filthy and the shower had so much mold that my wife refused to step into it (see pictures). The sofa bed was stuck open and wouldn’t close. The third room was better, but mold was growing on the walls in the bathroom and the one towel rod was dirty and rusted. The wallpaper was in pieces and some of it was stapled back in place. There was to waste basket in the room—I had to ask for a plastic bag to put our trash in. Read Google reviews of this place and you will NEVER stay here. On Hotels.com and the hotel’s website it says breakfast is provided, but that is not true—they have no food service or kitchen.

We left the first day would like a refund. They are in middle of remodeling but place is in awful shape. Lamp lights did not work , room was hot and not clean.

Checking in the lady at the desk gave me one word answers to everything. The place is undergoing renovations of some sort and it looks like a war zone. The pool was closed, and my room was halfway between nice & really crummy. New granite countertops next to a permanently stained toilet and a bathtub with rust spots on it and mildew on the caulking. Not sure what to think... The parking lot was pretty dark when I checked in, but when I checked out I noticed everything from dirty diapers to drink cups and fast food containers that looked to have been there for days.

For the price I guess it was okay for one night, they are under renovations. The room definitely wasn’t the worst I’ve been in. It had a weird smoke,mildew smell. The a/c worked okay not great. They didn’t have a/c at all in lobby luckily they checked me in quickly so i didnt have to stay there in the heat. I had one half roll of tp and another half roll on sink. The blanket is green and itchy. But alas it didn’t have any bugs that we saw so that’s always a plus.

Hotel was too dirty and have buds on bed, no microwave in room , sink n bathroom was too dirty, no wonder I saw people leaving after checking in so I also left and found a better hotel , will never try to stay at this place in my life

This was by far the worst property I have stayed in. Dirty old dated rooms with old torn carpet - rusty moldy AC, and wall paper and shower at least 30 years old and coming apart. No working vending machines coffee or water to drink. The Property needs to be shut down while they renovate if that is their intention. I tried to find another room but no one had anything or I would have left .. will never stay there again

OMG if I could give them a negative rating it would be minus 100. The place was soooo disgusting we did NOT even stay!! The smell was the first problem in a non smoking room it stunk of cigerettes and weed my daughters room smelled like wet dog. Not done yet the bed had a big wet stain on it not enough pillows for 2 beds the bathroom door would not close black mold in the tub. TV was on when we entered light kept flickering the door connecting rooms was busted. Not to mention the fact we booked 2 rooms well over a month ago and they put us on different floors on oppisite ends of hallway. Staff was rude and thought all this was funny. NEVER EVER STAY HERE in crack alley!!

The price was very reasonable. The room was a little smaller than expected. And the hotel is under renovation.

Most of the staff is nasty. You have to beg for an extra towel. They don’t have enough sheets wallpaper in the bathrooms peeling. The rugs in the room. I’ll have a cigarette burns. The rugs in the rooms are filthy. There’s no pool there’s no workout room there’s no room service.

It was ok they doing a lot of remodeling so it is going to be a very nice place to stay. It is very convenient to a lot of stuff including the airport.
