Needs some TLC
This place has really gone down hill. The room is pretty beat up. Handle completely off the faucet. Doesn’t look like the floor was swept in a while. Baseboards falling off. Just all around dirty.

Not so good.
Front staff was great. Internet didn't work and the room was dirty, especially the bath tub. When I first got there, there were police there. So, not so welcoming. And it smelled of weed...the entire place. Fine for a night, but won't stay there again.

Upon check in, Room 320 was filthy! The front door was wide open and unlocked. There was long, brunette, Caucasian hair in the shower. The rude woman with short twisted hair was very rude throughout the entire check in process. I have visited this establishment before and this same woman always has disdain for me. The majority of the front desk staff is very rude to me with a couple of exceptions. Also, the ceiling began to peel and drop onto the floor inside the room. The floor was full of dried up paint chips and dust and the paint kept steadily falling all night. Maintenance was promised to me by 8a and by 11a no one had showed up so I went to front desk. There and then is where they displayed rudeness and acted as if I was wrong to find out why maintenance didn’t show up at 8a as promised. Very unprofessional. I demand a reimbursement of my entire 3 night stay and at the minimum 2 free nights stay at another rr location. Please respond Sincerely Ihite Aswan

While Red Roof's goal is to deliver a comfortable and clean accommodations for all guests, it appears we fell short with you. Your request is to be fully reimbursed for your 3 nights stay in addition to that 2 free nights at another of our branded location, I will share your comments with the management team in an effort to have your concerns addressed and have the room inspected for the issues that might caused your stay to be less than ideal. I noticed you stay in room 320.
