Thank you for taking the time to write a detailed review. We are pleased that you made use of the fully equipped Kitchen and basic cooking utensils provided. We apologise that the amenities you needed we're not available during your stay. Our office hours operate from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am - 12:00pm Saturday and Sundays. Unfortunately if you arrive on a weekend we are closed after 12:00pm however we provide a smooth after hours process for guests arriving outside of office hours. We answer all calls 24 hours using our main Reception number 07 3216 0055. Good afternoon Sir/Madam, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We sincerely apologise for the confusion during after hours check in. Generally when a guest calls to confirm the after hours check in process we will confirm the name and phone number along with the check in details. Often when bookings are made third party thru an agent they enter their last name as their middle name if they have a long name, this can sometimes be broken up on our system by the way it is entered. This may have something to do with having part of the last name. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will be working diligently to ensure our after-hour check ins have no complications. Appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we hope to accommodate you soon.

We are working towards renovating the apartments here at Goldsborough Place. We have renovated and refurbished all of the main entrances into A, B, C, D & E Block and we are trying to push forward renovations in the apartments. We do have some apartments that are more refurbished then others. When you make the booking you can request a more modern / refurbished apartment at time of booking and we will always try our best to honour all guests requests. We are terribly sorry that the bed was not up to standards, most of our One Bedroom apartments have the configuration of a Queen size bed. The Two Bedroom apartments have the configuration of 1 Queen and 1 Double. We do have a handful of Two Bedrooms that have 1 Queen and 1 Single for the odd (3) person stay. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused during your recent stay with us. Feel free to phone Reception to discuss this further, we hope to see you again soon.

Hi Bruce, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed. Its very unusual we get a complaint from guests who stay in that unit. We have organized the AC technician to look into the issue of noise. I confirmed with you during the check-out that it was all good and Mom had a good time as well. But anyway, please be assured your comfort is our goal.
