real vacation
It was our first time in Nha Trang and we were overwhelmed by big waves and tall buildings near the long beach. It was nice to hang out laying down on sunbeds at the beach but for me, it was much better to stay in this resort than any other place in Nha Trang. It had everything I needed, nice clean pools, bright rooms, shuttle golf cars, river view, awesome breakfast and so on...I was just so satisfied with all of the staffs and features of this island after a few days in Hanoi and Nha Trang downtown. The resort is just 5-10 min of taxi or shuttle ride away from the downtown so it is very convenient to explore the city as well but when you come back to the resort, you can feel such a pleasant quietness and peaceful vibe. The room rate was very reasonable comparing to other resorts in Nha Trang and I would love to be back.

수영장이 잘갖쳐진 기본이 되있는 호텔
모든 부분에서 기본이 되어있습니다. 조식이 괜찮았습니다. 다만 시내와는 좀 떨어져 있어 셔틀운영시간에 맞추어 활동해야 한다는 불편함은 있음 특히 수영장이 깨끗하게 관리되어 있어 수영 좋아하는 아이가 있는 가족에게는 좋은것 같습니다.

호텔보다는 콘도텔로...
참파 아이슬란드 호텔... 이곳에는 참파 그룹에서 하는 콘도텔도 같이 있음 가족 여행이라면 콘도텔을 추천하겠음.. 호텔에는 웨딩장이 같이 있어서 저녁에는 너무 번잡스러움.. 같은 참파 그룹의 콘도텔 사용이 수영장이나 조식 사용에도 더 편리함.

가족 여행오기 정말 좋은 호텔
시내에서 조금 떨어진 4성급 리조트. 상당히 넒은 땅을 가지고 있습니다. 직원들이 상당히 친절하고 이름값이 있는 호텔이라서 참파아일랜드라고 하면 택시기사들의 거의 다 알아들어요.

좋은 추억 가져갑니다!
이 호텔 덕분에 나트랑 여행이 좋은 추억으로 남을것 같아요. 시설이용도 모두 편하게 되어있고, 직원들도 너무나 친절하며, 음식도 무난합니다! 특히 쿠베라의 풀장 전경을 잊을 수가 없네요. 매우 넓고 화려하진 않지만 여유로운 시간을 즐기기에는 최적화 되어있다고 생각합니다. 호텔로 예약했지만 가족이 지내기 좋은 콘도텔로 업그레이드를 시켜주셨습니다. 물론 남는방이 있얶으니 가능했겠지만 방이 남아도 가격에만 맞추는 일빈호텔들과는 다른 특별한 서비스마인드에 감동했습니다! 여행중에 아이가 아팠는데도 환경이 너무도 쾌적해서 전혀 불안하거나 불편함이 없었네요. 마지막으로 참스파(맛사지) 강추 입니다! 지금 니트랑 시내에서 어떤 맛사지를 받아도 참파아일랜드에서 받은 맛사지와 비교가 안됩니다^^

정말 인상깊었던건 직원들의 미소입니다. 저도 서비스업종에서 일을 하지만, 오랜 시간 진심어린 미소를 지어주는것에 대해 감명받았습니다. 배워야 할 자세라고 생각하고 여행을 다녀온 뒤로 저도 더욱 진심으로 손님들을 상대하게 되었어요. 또한,요구사항에 대해서도 싫은내색 힘든내색 전혀 안하시고 바로바로 해주셔서 너무 죄송하고 감사드렸습니다.. 여기 들어오면서 놀랬어요. 무지 넓고 하얗고 푸르고 예뻐요! 돌아다니면서 사진찍으면 예쁘게나와요. 나무들이 너무 이쁘고 푸르러서 좋았어요. 아기자기하게 테이블이랑 흔들의자놓은것도 좋고, 하얀 외관이라 더 이뻤던거같아요. 스파하려고 하면 차(?)로 이동해주는데, 그거 타고 계속 돌아다니고 싶었어요. 밤에는 야경보는 재미도 있고 예쁘더라구요! 조식도 괜찮고 빵종류가 많았던거같은데 음식종류도 많아요 과일도 많구, 음료수도 맛있습니다. 대체적으로 입맛이 까다로운편인데 무난하게 잘 먹었던거같습니다. 매니저님께서 한국인이냐며 설문지 조사 부탁해주셨는데, 여자매니저님 미소 정말 예쁘세요 친절하시구! 그리고 요리해주시는분중에 커다란빵모자(?)쓰고 오믈렛 만들어주시는분 매우 친절합니다! 인사 꾸벅해주시는데 다같이 해주시면 좋을거같아요! 수영장도 낮은곳이 따로 있어서 좋구 튜브도 무료로 공기 넣어주시네요. 다낭은 돈 받았는데 ㅎㅎ 그리고 여기 피자 진~~짜 맛있어요. 한국와서도 생각나고 파스타도 맛있습니다. 물론 음료와 맥주도 굿입니다! 머무는 이틀내내 피자 시켜먹었어요!! 치즈도 듬뿍 토핑도! 직접 구워주시는 화덕피자라 너무너무 정말 최고였어요!! 지인 추천으로 왔는데 다시 가게 된다면 여기 또 가고싶어요. 비록 공항에서 40~50분 거리지만, 관광지랑 가까워서 좋은거같아요. 마지막으로, 어머니 모시고 다녀온 여행인데 너무 친절하게 해주셔서 정말 죄송할정도로 감사했습니다. 택시를 타고 로비에서 내리려는데, 터무니없이 당당하게 팁을 요구해서 그냥 줄수도 있지만 뻔뻔함에 어이가없어서 직원분께 도움을 요청했는데, 위험한 상황임에도 도와주셔서 매우 감사드립니다. 서비스인으로 진심어린 미소와 친절함에 정말 많이 반성하고 왔습니다. 모두들 참파의 예쁘고 친절한 매력을 느끼시길 바래봅니다. 행복하시고 늘 복 받으시길 기원하겠습니다

전체적으로 가성비 높은 리조트구요.. 일단 주변이 조용해서 너무 좋았구요. 조식두 베트남 향식료가 세지 않아서 부담 없었어요. 그런데 쌀국수는 그닥. ㅠ. 시내까지 그랩으로 10분 정도 걸려서 좋았어요. 모든것이 용서 되는것이 가격이 착하다는겁니다.

전부 좋았지만 주변 관광과의 연계가 아쉬웠다. 셔틀이 조금 더 많이 배치되어 시내나 해변으로 자주 나가주었으면 좋겠다. 특히 밤 여행 후 택시나 그랩으로 들어오는데 불편함이 있었다. 그 외에는 너무 좋은 장소였고, 수영장은 최고였으며 조식도 훌륭했다.

프론트에서 호텔을 업그레이드 해주었다며 5성급 호텔로 버기카를 타고 이동했습니다. 체크인부터 너무나 기분좋은 시작이였고 직원들은 친절했으며 너무나 편안하게 지낼수 있었습니다. 시내와 약간 떨어져있어서 택시를 타고 나가야 했지만 택시비가 비싸지 않아서 문제없었습니다. 시내는 복잡하고 시끄러운 반면 참파 호텔은 너무나 한적하고 하여 제대로된 휴양을 즐길수 있었습니다.

제주항공 타고가서 새벽 2시넘어서 입실했는데, 당직인거 같은 남자직원의 영어 발음이 살짝 이상해서 의사소통이 잘 안되는 과정에서 좀 짜증나는 표정을 하더라. 좀 황당했음. 다음날 아침부터 정규시간 직원들은 매우 친절했음. 음식은 그냥 아주 맛있지는 않으나 괜찮았고, 쌀국수 맛있음. 호텔에 금연표시가 많이 없어 중국인들이 아무데서나 담배를 피워 좀 화가 났음. 금연구역 금연표시를 좀 늘렸으면 좋겠음. 호텔에서 중국사람만 잘 피하면 아주 편안한 숙박 예상. 바닷가와 거리가 좀 있어 일일이 그랩택시 타고 다녀야 해서 살짝 불편, 양베이 폭포갈때 호텔에서 택시 불러 줬는데 저렴하고 친절함. 베트남 여행에서 길거리 택시는 절대 타지 말아야 함. 한번 탓는데 대박 바가지 씀. 무조건 그랩 이용. 호텔사이트에 있는 참파가든은 비추함. 한국 평상구조여서 종업원들이 신발을 벗었다 신었다 하는데 그손으로 그릇 수저 세팅함. 꽃게? 이런거 먹었는데 맛이 별로임. 수영장 좋음.

멋진 경관에 비해 작고 관리가 잘 되지 않고 있는 객실
사진으로 보기에는 매우 고급스러워 보이나 객실이 매우 작고 청소가 잘 안되어있었다. 침구는 세탁을 한지 오래되었는지 냄새가 나고 화장실싱크대와 샤워실은 물이 잘 안 빠졌다. 호텔로비와 홀 그리고 정원 및 수영장은 매우 멋지고 넓으나 객실 자체는 매우 작고 숙박시설이 유지보수가 잘 안되고 있는 것 같았다. 전체 Staff의 친절도는 보통이었다. 특히 아침 식사하는 곳 입구의 스태프는 매우 불친절하였다.

무모한 도전 후 후회...
나트랑 여행중 가장 후회되는건 이 호텔 예약 한점.. 아고다나 호텔스 닷컴에는 호텔이 정말 이쁘게 보였습니다. 단독 리조트 처럼 정말 맘에 쏙들고 가격도 저렴해서 이호텔을 2박 예약했습니다. 우선 장점 부터 적자면 수영장이 넓어서 좋으며 사용하는 사람이 거의 없습니다. 그리고 부대시설도 넓었으며, 시내 나갈려면 택시를 타야 하는데 호텔 앞에 항상 택시가 대기 중입니다. 하지만 단점은 체크인 할때 부터 였습니다. 체크인시 영어로 뭐라뭐라 하는데 제가 잘 알아 듣질 못했습니다. 대충 반은 알아 들었는데 다시 천천히 이야기 해달라고 하니 리셉션 여직원이 인상을 팍 쓰더군요.. 괜찮았습니다. 우린 여행 왔으니.. 하지만 괜찮치 않았습니다. 여긴 중국인 전용 패키지 호텔이였습니다. 여기가도 중국인 저기 가도 중국인 정말 많았습니다. 아침저녁으로 40인승 버스가 3~4가 왔다 갔다 합니다. 또한 목소리 크고 시끄러웠습니다. 하물며 벨보이나 택시타고 나갈때 택시기사도 중국말고 인사하더군요, 참을수 있었습니다. 여행중이니깐요.. 다음날 아침 조식 먹으러 갔습니다. 쿠폰 받는 서버가 인사도 안하더군요, 민망해서 제가 먼저 했습니다. '굿모닝'.. 조식먹을려고 한바퀴 둘러 봤는데 가지수는 많으나 정말 먹을께 없습니다. 여기가 4성급인지.. 예를 들면 샐러드를 가지고 그냥 샐러드, 드레싱 넣은 샐러드 이렇게 가지수만 채워 넣었더군요. 과일은 꼴랑 2가지.. 그래서 쌀국수랑 오믈렛이나 먹자고 해서 갔더니 또 인사 안하더군요, 왜 왔나는 식.. 참고로 전 정말 까탈 스럽거나 예민 하지 않습니다. 예전에 태국 자유여행 가서도 바퀴벌래 나오는데서도 잘자고 불만 없었습니다. 하지만 여긴 직원 마인드 문제 입니다. 기본 인사도 없으며 뭐 좀 달라고 하면 인상 쓰고, 오믈렛도 팍 던지면서 주고, 자기네들 끼리 시끄럽게 수다나 떨고, 원래 제가 후기 같은건 잘 안쓰는편인데 여긴 워낙 후기가 없어서 저같이 후회 하지 말고 더 좋은 호텔 많으니 피해 보지 마시라는 뜻에서 몇 글자 적습니다. 이 글 보시고도 가고 싶으신분은 정말 모험가 입니다..

The views were great. Acommodation was clean which was much appreciated after staying in Ho Chi Minh city prior. The bathroom didnt really make any sense. We had a stand in shower bath tub but due to the way it was designed, water would spill out of the bath regardless. Not too much great activity at the resort to do...but it was a decent place to stay at while exploring Nha Trang for the week.

Worst hotel experience ever
The bad experience started right when we arrived. The security guard wouldn't let our taxi in because he didn't have our reservation on his list. Even after showing our hotels.com confirmation he still wouldn't let us in but we had to wait for 20minutes. When we eventually got in and told the front desk this they just laughed. No apologies. After check-in we realised that there were 12 rowdy teenage football teams staying in the hotel as well. When we tried to escape the noise from them by going to the bigger pool, we were told it was closed for refurbishment so no other options for some peace and quiet. Again, no apologies from the hotel. As the cherry on top of our stay, the final night the fire alarm went off at 4am. I went to reception to check and they said don't worry, it's not a fire. I said in that case you need to shut the alarm off and the staff said no. No explanation. I eventually gave up and went back to my room. The alarm continued for 30minutes. When we checked out the staff at the reception desk didn't make a single word of apology, instead we were told we had to pay for a bottle of water from the mini bar. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

the property is located in the heart of the city however because of his location being a river island, it seems away from the chaos of the road and you can enjoy breakfast with open doors and terrace on the river sides. The swimming pool is a very good size with swimmer and has kids sides as well to play in the water with out worrying about it.
