Bad hotel
This place was run down. The bed was very uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk demanded $100 deposit. The room was very old. The TV barely worked. Would not recommend this place.

Disgusting place to stay. We tried to leave.. property manager said I couldn’t get a refund. I have videos and pictures for proof. And she went in to try to clean after.

TEARABLE SERVICE!!!! We were driving in and unable to get there before check in time ended at 9:30 pm. I called several times, wasn’t even sure if I had the right number even though it was from from the web sight, mailbox full. After contacting Expedia for help ( which took and hour to fix after being disconnected after being on hold for 30 min) I was accommodated and key deft in the room with the room open, with conditions that I finish checking on in the morning. The office is always locked, they never answer the phone, literally have to find her walking around the property before I could check in. By this time I’m hungry and want my coffee. The complimentary coffee in the room was the worst! The sugar and creamer packets were stuck together due to being wet then drying out. At this point I’m scared to use it because what was on it? I didn’t really care that the rooms are dated, beds are pillows are worn and uncomfortable, rooms are too small to have two people up at the same time, because after all they are cheap and all we are doing is sleeping there. But just pissed that it is so difficult to get a hold of some one to speak with! Even checking out was ridiculous. I went to office… locked… phone no answer… says to drop key in box below, no box! Left key in room had to call several times after I left before they answered to make sure they knew we left the key in the room. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!

Nice owner, decent room
Room was compact, clean, all the basics covered. Got it cuz it was the cheapest option around. What else can you say? It’s a room, it’s clean, no fuss or hassle.

Le Falls Motel est une grosse blague. C’est la seule et unique fois de notre vie que nous avons dû faire un check-in et un check-out dans la foulée. L’accueil est froid, on a l’impression d’être convoqué dans le bureau du directeur. L’enregistrement dure une bonne trentaine de minutes car tout est fait à la main, aucun ordinateur. La chambre est sale, il y a des puces de lit, des fourmis dans là baignoire, trois centimètres d’épaisseur de poussière sur le rebord des fenêtre. Je ne parle même pas de l’état des miroirs où l’on devine la marque du dentifrice des anciens occupants. Nous avons fuit au plus vite, du trouver un hôtel dans les environs en plan B, et le monsieur nous a quand même prélevé la chambre mais aussi la caution ! Une honte ! Heureusement qu’hôtels.com a réagit directement et a fait en sorte que la caution nous soit restituée. Je ne comprends même pas que cet hôtel soit encore proposé sur cette plateforme quand je vois les autres avis !

The AC stop working in the middle of the night the room was so tiny two people couldn't walk by any thing at one time it sucks to stay in the falls motel it is the last time we will stay here

No pude completar mi viaje, mi vuelo se cancelo, mension especial a Malek, estuvo en contacto conmigo todo el tiempo para asegurarse que reciviera mi habitacion a la hora que llegara.Estuvo pendiente hasta las 3 am que definitivamente me cancelaron el vuelo. Espero algun dia poder hacer el viaje. Gracias a que saque la proteccion se me devolvio todo el dinero.

Your last resort in the area
Rooms here are very small and quite dated. Ours was pretty musty as well. No bed bugs though!. The $100 deposit is odd and adds several minutes to the check-in process.. It took a couple of calls to finally get it back 5 days later. This is probably the cheapest place listed here in the Niagara Falls area. Do yourself a favor and pay $5 more per night for a decent room.

Not up to standards
The Hotel said it was open until 10. The door was locked when we got there. The room had a musty smell to it. The bathroom was the size of a closet. Your knees were up against the tub when using the toilet. Our sheets were still wet / damp from being washed and the carpet was wet beside the bed. The room was so small, you could barely walk around the bed. To receive our deposit back, the owner made us wait while he went and checked for damages. We were there about 10 hours total to sleep on our way back home. This hotel needs to have a 1-star rating if any at all. Worse booking through Hotels.com since using the app. Extremely disappointed in this hotel. We DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The beds were comfortable. The check in was simple. The breakfast was simple, delivered in a basket to our room. The blankets and pillows were good, room was warm enough. The bathroom needed updating. But for the price it was okay for our short stay.

The bathroom was a disaster. I didn't even want to wash my hands in there, let alone take a shower. The tub had loose caulking falling off the walls. The below the 40 year old carpeting was rotted out near the bathroom. Give this one a pass

BED BUGS
We checked in and checked out immediatly ,being a frequent traveler have always checked for cleanliness in doing so found BED BUGS immediatly owner was more concerned about smoking in the rooms and charging us extra money …. telling is it cost $600 to clean the room of smoke … should worry about fumigated for bed bugs … we ended up getting another hotel and it was perfect … please always check ur mattresses at hotels and motels
BED BUGS …… owner came in and saw it so no denying it gave us a full refund

the place is a quaint but clean motel operated by a retired air force veteran who basically takes care of the motel's operations by himself. if you want a quiet, affordable place with all the necessities, this is it.

Awful
It was awful. They wouldn’t clean the room, wouldn’t change the sheets even when asked. They come into your room at night for the grab and go breakfast which consists of bananas and muffins and they don’t even take the trash. The parking is awful. There isn’t any ice machine. Everything on this website they advertise is a lie. They will find a reason to keep the deposit. I’ll be honest I started my period and they wouldn’t change the sheets and they kept my deposit as a result. Don’t go here. It looks cute in front but not inside. Nope.

we already informed not to book this guest on our motel reasons already given now guest has accepted what we explained earlier ...we have to order new stuff for bed sheets..pillowcases..comferter metress cover ect....we dont enter the room without guest consent ..advise..

The owner was very kind and comprehensible. I will really recommend this place for any tourist. Do not expect a 5 start motel, but it is worth it!!

We absolutely loved the hotel. The hotel was very beautiful! The customer service was spectacular and the room was very reasonably priced! Will be staying there again next time we take a trip to Niagara Falls!

Convenient location and kind service, but motel is quite old and lacks proper heating. More for a summer stay. Only heat source in the room was in the bathroom, hence the extra blankets that came with the bed. Owner is doing his best; delivered a breakfast-to-go basket personally to the room

I loved the convenience of the location of the property to niagara falls and Buffalo! But the cleanliness was terrible! Hair all over the bathtub, i never even pulled the comforter back on the bed because the top pillows were covered in stains.

Family owned motel. Expect it to be like motel. It is three miles from falls. Very much reachable by Uber and Lyft. The owner was very kind and nice person.

The rooms were OK at best...beds were tolerable...advertised free breakfast, but there was nothing. Bathroom needed repair...there was mold on the bathtub chaulking. Coffee maker did not work properly.

Super old bed. They provide 1/2 roll toilet paper for 6 adults 3 day of staying. Microwave did work. Humidity . Last day when we re leaving we needed to have the screen door open we were putting the luggage in the car so the manager or owner don’t know told us to keep it close because of the mosquitos so mean
