오래된 연식이 잊힐만큼 너무 친절한 직원들
백년이 훨씬 넘은 호텔이다보니, 아무래도 연식이 느껴집니다. 1층객실의 창문이 안열려지게끔 철로된 봉으로 막아야한다든지 조금 당황스러운 면도 있었지만, 그 모든게 다 잊혀질만큼 직원들이 굉장히 친절합니다. 너무 친절해서 감동받았어요:) 강아지가 있어서 아침식사도 객실에서 먹고싶다고 하니, 잘 준비해주셨어요! 호텔 직원분들 모두 감사드려요

The restaurant is the only reason why am giving it any star because the staff there were very nice. The hotel room was not tidy, and the AC was making a very loud noise that kept me up all night

My husband, me and my dog enjoyed this rustic and warm hotel. The pool was the perfect temperature and was clean. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel, the pool was very small and hallway smelling of Chlorine. Parking and other services were extra fee. We had a issue with the pet policy and management was supposed to call back which they never did. This was a bad experience overall booking through Expedia.

The hotel is welcoming and nicely decorated, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are terrific, the restaurant is pleasant but overpriced. There are NO accommodations for people in wheelchairs or scooters. Not one automatic door opener, very few disabled parking spots (3 maybe), and steps to get from the lobby to the elevator. So rules it out for some of us.

Wonderful beautiful hotel. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and so were the employees. The only things we did not like was how loud the heater and fireplace were, but hey, they worked, and how parking is $35 a night when you already pay to stay there. Awesome situation as everything in the Falls is walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!

We like the room where we stayed and the staffs are very helpful as well. However, I gave 4 stars because there is a facility fee which is $15 per night which is not mentioned in the website. This seems to be nickel and dimming to me as there are not a lot of facilities in the inn, I would appreciate if it is listed upfront as well in the website. The other issues also in the night sometimes we heard some noises outside as we were facing out. Others than that, we have good stay.

Staff was wonderful. Kind, friendly and so helpful. They literally were the best. The building is beautiful but needs work. Didn't like that there were no showers by the pool. Have to shower in your room and go go dripping down the elevator. Water was cold We woke up to three workmen looking in our window. It was horrible. Never had this happen before. totally not acceptable and disgusting. The tv was terrible with only a few stations including govt programming. Horrible guys who stay in and watch tv at night. The shower had hardly any water coming out. Wanted a coffee in the morning but machine fell apart. Trip was a nightmare

This property is a 2 star at best. The decor is old and the entire property is in need of significant repair. It has been painted to hide the deterioration. They charge $15.00 for a resort fee but there is no resort features. There is an old indoor pool with old loungers. I was told the resort fee includes the 2 bottle of water in the room and wifi as well. They charge 35.00 for parking and the lot is empty. There is $10 parking across the street but no one mentioned that. The TV is analog- like watching TV in the 80s. The furniture is old and the rooms are dark. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was our first time staying at this boutique hotel and it was lovely! The staff were amazing, the room was clean and quiet. We had a Superior double room on the third floor. It had been renovated and had a view of the courtyard. It was super quiet. The beds were comfy and the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in until 8am which is unheard of for 2 early risers! I would totally stay here again. They are doing work to improve the parking lot and other areas of the hotel but this did not impact our stay at all and will overall improve the hotel. Can’t wait to stay here again!

I loved everything about the Old Stone Inn! I loved the rustic decor and coziness of the Inn. The rooms were perfection. We were able to bring our dog and were walking distance to the Clifton Hill area. And the Skylon Tower was just across the street. The staff were so warm and welcoming and the food at the restaurant was delicious!

This is our third time coming here. Its cute, quiet and cozy. The staff are friendly and really helpful. The only thing that we didn't like is that the pool was cold and not heated, especially cause its close to the outside which makes the water and room itself cold. Overall had fun and we will be coming back again

The web site advertisement was very different from was portrayed. The web site advertised a show at that location every Saturday night, that was untrue when we were checking in the host lets us know that shows started in May not in February when we were there. Parking rate was $30/night a hidden fee, the adjacent parking lot rate was $10 all day. our room had no common amenities like a microwave or refrigerator not even HD tv, For a boutique hotel it was not romantic at all.i would not recommend this hotel.

The walls are paper thin and we were kept up for hours by a couple in the next room which honestly was not entertaining nor funny…it was disgusting and for the price of the stay we should have had soundproofed rooms. The hotel is extremely dated, and the corridors smelled of old cigarette smoke, the rooms were cold and the heaters made horrific rattling noises. While it is close to all attractions, better to stay somewhere else.

1. Towels were so thin and felt like sandpaper 2. The TV in our room was so old it was in fact antenna not cable and had zero hdmi inputs 3. The heater in our room had broke, and would not turn off. Maintenance was called at 8pm but did not show up till 9 after looking at it for a bit they could not fix it and we ended up having to change rooms at 10pm 4. While moving rooms there was zero offer of help and no apologies were given for the inconvenience. Overall very poor experience here, for the price being payed and photos shown on website we were very disappointed in what we saw and experienced.I would not recommend this hotel.

Everyone at the hotel was really friendly. When we were checking in, they showed us different rooms and let us choose what we wanted. They also brought us up a mini fridge because we needed one. The room was warm and cozy. I especially loved the bed and the fireplace. The restaurant had very good food and the atmosphere wss beautiful.
