We are very sorry to read that a list of points did not meet your expectations and just our very central location satisfied you, we really apologize for it.It is true that our lift is smaller than the standards, but it also true that our hotel is in a historical building, a very little "gem" in the heart of Nice and for this reason we need to adapt to it. We understand that the city view could be better than the view from the rooms located in the internal side of our building, but they are a lot appreciated by our most noise-sensitive guests. We always do our best in order to satisfy all the requests, even if they are upon availability, and this is why we offered to a free upgrade in our Executive room.About the breakfast service, we wil monitor it but we really want to assure that our whole staff is always at your complete service, as you can read in most of the reviews.Thank you so much for choosing to stay at Best Western Premier Roosevelt Nice.
