On check-in day, we arrived early and asked about breakfast cost, and was offered free breakfast for that day. Although we did say that we would pay, the receptionist insisted not to charge. Then we signed up for next morning breakfast. At check out, we were charged two days of breakfast. Why offered free of charge to begin with, and then charged? What type of policy is this? We’re not happy with this type of the hotel staff communication. Not reliable at all.
