잠자고 씻기에만 적합한 중저가 호텔
니스 자체가 작은 도시라 그 안에서도 괜찮은 위치였습니다. 접근성으로는 라파예트 백화점이나 공항가는 버스가 모두 가까워서 좋았고 특히 옆에 빵집이랑 스시집도 있습니다. 모나코나 에즈빌리지 가는 버스를 타려면 다른 정류장으로 버스로 한 번 이동해야하는 번거로움은 있지만 한번이라 괜찮습니다. 리셉션은 미리 짐 맡아줘서 좋지만 밤 9시 이후에는 리셉션이 운영을 안합니다. 대신 복도 방음은 잘 안되는 것 같고 베란다 쪽은 그렇게 깨끗하지 않습니다. 침대에는 이유모를 담요가 깔려있는데 이걸 걷어내야 호텔 침대린넨이 나옵니다. 첫날 실수로 담요위에서 잘 뻔했네요. 아주 전형적인 중저가 호텔이라 잠만 자기에는 나쁘지 않습니다. 욕실도 깨끗해요.

L’hôtel pas très moderne mais la chambre très propre, lit confortable. L’hôtel est très bien situé . Ma chambre était prête plus tôt. C’est possible laisser les bagages dans la journée de partir.

Although slightly tired grey decor, the staff were lovely, and the rooms very clean. Situated a 10mins walk from main shopping street, it was very convenient too. Room at the front had balcony but traffic noise, room at the back peaceful. Breakfast is available, cereal, pastries etc, but €14 seemed expensive. A very happy and pleasant trip

Room and bed were fine. I asked for a room with elevator access one week prior to booking and they disregarded request and put me on highest floor with no help in carrying bags - don’t reccomend

All request of our customers are duly noted and we do our possible to answer. yes, you wrote but your message created a confusion. you wrote: "if there’s no elevator please reserve a room at the bottom floor". And there is a elevator in the hotel. you asked us help you with your loggage for 4:am and we told you that at this time the reception is closed. We would have liked give you a room in the first floor but all room were already ocuppied. The hotel is a 2* and we can help you if you need during the opening time.

Good hotel, but you can hear everything through doors, including conversations and neighbours listening to podcasts as they sleep.

Worst ”hotel” where we have stayed
There were several major problems with the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and it somewhat ruined our holiday - electricity was lost for the last night and whole check-out morning - Paper thin walls (only thing thinner was the toilet paper) - no reception 24/7. This was especially annoying as there was a loud party at 5am and one night out next door neighbours decided to invite a loud prostitute to their room (due to paper thin walls we know every detail about the night) - air conditioner was extremely loud and was impossible to keep it on while sleeping - counted 5+ ants and other bugs in bathroom - difficult to shower as water was too hot or too cold - the male receptionist was kind of rude - wifi did not work on some days - overall, the hotel was in a horrible condition (general area and room) - only positive thing about the hotel was nice view from balcony —> would definitely NOT recommend this for anyone

This power cut does not depend on us.in order to find a solution during your stay we would have liked to know before. we take care all request. This property looks much, much nicer in the images expedia shows. When I arrived, we were able to drop our bags early but the service was very minimal. When I came back later to check in, I got to the room and the floor was dirty and the desk was also dirty. This was not too big of an issue but not great. The walls are also extremely thin so you can hear every conversation and every door that is opened or closed. I then noticed that there were a lot of ants on the floor (we were on the fourth floor). I went into the bathroom to get some toilet paper to kill the ants and nearly cut my foot open on the tile floor because there was a large piece of the tile that was shattered and very sharp. The tile in the bathroom was painted over and was peeling off in certain areas as well which is not how the expedia images look. After killing most of the ants, I contacted the front desk and when they came up, they said they saw no ants. I told them that was because I had killed them all but still wanted them to spray around the room to stop the ants from coming in and they sprayed only on the one ant they saw. Long story short, this property is not like advertised on expedia and I would suggest staying anywhere else. Expedia was absolutely zero help when I reached out to them and made the whole situation worse. Ended up leaving and booking a different hotel for about the same price down the street that was much cleaner, had friendlier staff, and was quieter. Expedia Sucks.

Hi, The service respect the standard 2 stars. In order to make a good stay, We did all you asked. We found that you taked off the cover, bed sheets, and moved in every direction the matress just to find a mistake, maybe. we saw 2 ants on the floor and we saw a small cracks on the tile. And we apologize for this.Even if the room was had already cleaned the staf cleaned the floor en fron you, we put the product around the room. This day the hotel was full. So we proposed ton change the next day for a superieur room to apologize about the disturb. But some hours after your arrived you decided to leave the hotel. Best regards

Great area and super clean! We stayed here for 3 nights and had no problems! 5 minute walk from the waterfront with so many good restaurants and shops! Definitely would stay again 9/10

There was no shower curtain and there wasn't a 24-hour attendant. I did find the staff helpful and kind. The bed was nice. I just don't think this was great value and hotels.com marketed it as a 4-star hotel. It was decidedly not that. Call it a 2- or 2.5-star hotel and my expectations would have been met.

The H33 hotel was undergoing some renovation during the time of our week long stay in May 2022 which is admittedly needed and it will be much nice after. This hotel is no frills which is expected at it's very reasonable daily rate. This is a perfect traveler and tourist hotel close to old city, the beach, and close to trams and trains. It's located in a great neighborhood and 10 mins walk to all the restaurants in old city. If you are looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel than H33 isn't for you, but if you want affordability combined with convenience and great location to explore Nice than this is a great option.

Partner couldn't sleep due to noise of extractor fan in bathroom which couldn't be isolated and vibrated through walls. No apologies by staff / chap on desk - was not interested at all. Towel rail fell off wall fue to bodge fix with a wood screw. Good luck using the shower cubicle / curtain. H33 didn't respond to any emails sent regarding late checkins, had to call in end and eventually got through. End on a positive. At least the room was clean.

A very nice stay
I have stayed here before. It is ideal for a short stay for a single traveller, and perhaps a couple. The location is so central and the cost reasonable. It would be nice to have some Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room.
