We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and engaged. We loved the interior of our room which was also very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is a 10 min walk away from the center and the beach which was totally fine. A supermarket is located just at the opposite site the street. We would definitely stay there again!

Très bon emplacement. Hôtel agréable et personnel très serviable (prise en compte de nos préférences de chambre). Seul le petit déjeuner pourrait être optimisé (peu varié, et il ne reste plus grand chose si vous arrivez en fin de service vers 10H).

Es war ein super schönes Boutique Hotel, die Ausstattung war super das Hotel wurde im 2021 Renoviert. Die Hotel Zimmer sind sehr klein aber die Ausstattung ist sehr schön und der Balkon ist ein Plus Punkt. Standort ist der Wahnsinn man ist in 10min zu Fuss am Strand und man kann alle Restaurants/Shops zu Fuss erreichen.

Godt hotel, men plads til forbedringer
Vi blev mødt af lidt presset/stresset personale, men smilende. Kunne først få værelser 40 minutter efter almindelig check in tid. Begge værelser var ud til gården, da vi bad om stille rum. Værelserne vi fik var kun med et vindue ud til mørk gård. Ellers var pæn og flot dekoreret, men et meget lille toilet og et åben badeværelse med forhæng. Jeg ville aldrig havde booket dette værelse, hvis jeg vidste det på forhånd. Der var ikke en flaske vin på værelset, som var lovet på vores booking (vi havde dog heller ikke behov for det). I gården var der en udluftningsmaskine der stod og brummede, som gjorde at det var svært at sove. Vi bad om at få byttet værelse, men hele hotellet var fuld booket mellem jul og nytåret så ingen mulighed for at bytte. Morgenmaden noget begrænset for et 4-stjernet hotel, men OK. God og smilende service ellers.

Wonderful hotel
The hotel is beautiful in every way. The room was perfect and everything was in excellent condition. All of the staff I met in reception and the serving breakfast were charming, helpful and friendly.

My wife’s apple pro pods were stolen from her bag in our room & sold to a pawn shop during our stay. The AirPods were never able to be retrieved. The older male receptionist was not helpful to provide information on who cleaned our room or offer any corporate numbers/information. Hotel hires an outside 3rd party cleaning company and does not know who is going in out of the room (per receptionist) Called my wife an idiot. Never offered to upgrade our room nor additional amenities were offered during our stay. The hotel should absolutely NOT be a VIP Access hotel. No upgrades or additional amenities were offered. I am shocked how we were treated! Our privacy and comfort was completely violated. The hotel manager/receptionist did not care that an item was stolen out of a bag in a room that we paid to feel safe. This hotel ruined our trip, unfortunately.

We DON'T HIRE 3rd cleaning company as the whole team of the hotel (reception/breakfast/cleaning/management) are employees of our company. We don't know why you assert such incorrect information. Moreover, our reception manager tried to help you with the application "localization" on your wife's Iphone and localization of the air pods indicated Nice City Center on the map. We all guess that your wife lost her ai pods in the city and nobody at the hotel is responsible for that. We are very sorry you didn't appreciate the Riviera Collection, the property is a VIP one since its opening in July 2021 and we are sincerely involved into our guests satisfaction, comfort & security. We hope to have another chance to welcome you in the future, in other circumstances. But please keep in mind that our team members are confidence persons and we cannot accept that you treat them as you did.Kind regards

Insgesamt in Ordnung, aber…
Mein Mann, mein Sohn und ich waren in diesem Hotel 2 Nächte und am liebsten würde ich einfach Vor- und Nachteile nennen. Hoffe es hilft jemandem bei seiner Entscheidung weiter: Pro: - die Lage ist sehr zentral, man kann viele Ziele (inkl Strand) gut zu Fuß erreichen - das Hotel ist an sich sauber und die Zimmer haben bequeme Betten - Duschbereich ist sauber und schön - Man hat Wasser, Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer Contra: - Zimmerreinigung lässt Wünsche übrig, ich hatte das Gefühl, dass außer das Bett neu gemacht wurde sonst nichts anderes passiert ist. Der einzige Pappbecher, den ich für Tee benutzt habe, stand da wo ich ihn gelassen habe, es gab keinen neuen und sonst wurde nichts aufgefüllt - Kein Upgrade, kein früheres Check-In möglich gewesen (komischerweise habe ich gelesen, dass es bei keinem noch gemacht wurde) - Zimmer für den Preis viel zu klein (wurde schon erwähnt) - Frühstück: sehr kleine Auswahl, Gurken waren verwelkt, O-Saft schmeckte leicht säuerlich… Fazit: wenn man oft genug reist, stellt man fest, dass bei diesem Hotel die Preis-Leistung einfach nicht wirklich stimmt. An sich ist es schon ein nettes Hotel, aber viele Versprechungen werden nicht eingehalten und man kommt sich leicht veräppelt vor.

Very clean property and excellent reception staff. The rooms were very (very) small and certainly not worth £350/night. Limited fasciitis.

Nice hotel, good location. Small rooms
We had a great stay. Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Property is great, very nice and well maintained. Location wise it’s a 15-20 min walk to the beach and Old Nice which means street parking was always available. Only downsides are the rooms are quite small and breakfast is not great, not worth the €

Our experience at the hotel was very disappointing due to the unpleasant treatment we received from the manager. From the outset, there was a misunderstanding regarding breakfast. Upon check-in, we were assured that breakfast was included, only to be met with contradictions at the time of check-out by another receptionist. Although, after a discussion, we were assured that it had all been a misunderstanding, the manager approached us in a very unfriendly manner and insisted that we pay for breakfast, implying that we had misinterpreted the situation. Furthermore, we were taken aback by her threat to negatively rate us on hotel review pages if we didn't comply with her demands. This poor rating is not only due to the 60 euros we had to pay for breakfast, but primarily to the unprofessional and hostile attitude of the manager towards us, stemming from a confusion caused by her own staff. Regarding the facilities, although the hotel is visually appealing, the rooms turned out to be smaller than expected. We had reserved a room with a sofa bed, but it was not provided. Requesting a power adapter was futile, as they did not have any. Additionally, we were surprised that none of the four reception staff members, including the manager, spoke Spanish. The elevator was notably small, especially inconvenient if you're traveling with a baby stroller. The location was also uncomfortable, as it is quite far from the city center. Dear Solange, We are sorry that your experience at our establishment was not satisfied. At each check-in, we explain to our guests what services are included in the reservation they have made, including breakfast. After checking with our receptionist, he certifies that he told you that breakfast was not included, and it is clearly written in our file that you did not take breakfast, moreover, when you made your reservation you chose not to take breakfast. There is no threat of a negative rating as this is not possible. Nevertheless, it is obvious that we cannot leave an unpaid bill and we therefore report any such behavior.As far as the room is concerned, you chose a classic triple room with a baby, but as this type of room doesn't allow you to install a cot, we upgraded you to a King room for greater comfort. Only the Junior Suites are equipped with sofa beds, while the triple rooms have bench seating. We took the time to send you a message asking if you needed a sofa bed as we saw you were coming with your baby, you never replied.You should have informed us at the time of booking that you needed a cot, we would have suggested you book directly a King room (since you were upgraded after all...) and not the triple room. As for the staff, we have a receptionist who speaks perfect Spanish, but unfortunately you didn't get a chance to meet him. As far as location is concerned, our guests very much appreciate the hotel's location in the "Quartier des Musiciens", which is quiet and very convenient for reaching Old Nice or the Promenade des Anglais within walking distance (7 minutes). When booking a hotel, you should check the location on a map and indicate whether it looks good to you before traveling. Hoteliers can do wonders but are not in a position to change the location of the hotel :) Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay, we do our best every time to meet our customers' expectations. hotellet är perfekt för par som vill gillar promenader , ligger i centrum. ca 10min till tågstationen ca 15min till gamla stan ca 10min till strandpromenaden frukosten var mycket bra o fresh. sängen var av bättre kvalite o vi båda sov bra på grund utav att fönsten var ljudisolerade. tog tram till hotell från flygplatsen kostade 1,5euro per person.
