아름다운 1층 로비에 비해 룸은 방 내부는 그닥,,
단점부터 말하자면 엘레베이터가 하난데 너무 좁고 느립니다. 그리고 난방이 라디에이터로 돌아가는데 잘 안 돼서 추워요ㅠ 그리고 생각보다 방이 좁습니다. 캐리어 2개 겨우 놓을 정도! 장점은 조식이 간단하지만 알차고 직원분들이 엄청 친철하세요, 그리고 호텔이 상당히 예뻐요! 사진 찍으면서 놀기 좋구요 침대도 푹신하니 좋습니다

위치는 니스해변에서 걸어서 15분정도 걸렸음 호텔직원은 1명 빼고는 나쁘지 않았으나 서비스는 전반적으로 요구에 호응 해주셨음. 객실은 무지 추웠고 라디에이터? 가 작동되지 않아 2일은 춥게 자다가 도저히 안되서 고쳐달라했고 그날바로 고쳐주심. 조식은 깔끔하고 가짓수가 많진 않았는데 괜찮았음. 자체주차 안되서 옆에 퍼블릭주차장 이용했고 하루 25유로?정도 계산했음. 공항에서 우버타고 15분정도로 가까운편이고 2-30유로 낸것 같음..(기억이 잘안남) 안좋은기억은 호텔에서 휴대폰을 분실도난 당했는데 결국 찾지 못함... 돈보다 사진이 너무 중요한게 많아서 니스에서의 기억은 좋지 않음. 게다가 4박5일동안 묵었는데 비가 와서 더더욱 ㅜㅜ

나름 고풍스럽지만 잘 정리정비되어 있음 3인승 엘리베이터 독특했음. 냉장고 없음. 기차역 주변이라 이동이나 유료주차 편하지만 마세나 광장과 해변쪽 이동이 아주 편리하지는 않음

니스 느낌 가득한 예쁜 호텔
4성급 치곤 다소 작지만 깨끗하고 니스만의 정취가 있음. 특히 테라스 있는 방에서 끓여 먹었던 컵라면 제일 기억에 남음. 굉장히 친절하고 해피타임에 이웃호텔들과 커피나 디저트 프리 서비스를 공유함. 바닷가에선 걸어서 10분 정도지만 기차역과 매우 가까워 모나코나 깐느에 다녀오기 매우 수월함. 가격 대비 강력 추천함.

The staff were really nice and changed our room when there was an issue with noise; we got a free upgrade. However the hotel is more 3 star; the facilities need to be updated, the usual toiletries are not given, the sheets, towels and bathroom had stains and were not clean. The space was quite small and breakfast whilst ok was limited and not what you’d expect for a continental breakfast. The walls are too thin; the ear plugs provided do not adequately filter out the noise. It is a good location and the staff are really friendly and nice but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. The distance to the train station was great and a lovely walk into the more touristy areas. The area felt safe and the rooms and hotel was very clean. Enjoyed free coffee and pastries through the day. Shower was not amazing, couldn’t get consistent temperature and was quite weak. The pillows weren’t great so struggled to sleep some nights. Overall we had a lovely experience and would definitely come back!

Unterkunft und Erreichbarkeit sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück Riesen Auswahl und sehr lecker 👌 Einziges Manko: die Balkontür lies sich nicht ganz schließen, was dazu geführt hat dass man nachts den ganzen Verkehrslärm mitgehört hat, aber war nicht allzu schlimm.

Nice hotel, little service.
Hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately the service was blah. I had requested 2 twin beds, but arrived to a single. The front desk agent brought up sheets but I had to change them. For 312 Euros a night, I expect much more.

Property is well situated very close to Nice Ville train station which is very convenient. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was cozy, the towels were soft and the shower was very nice (just wash your step if you use conditioner as it makes shower bed a tad slippery). They have water, treats and a drink available mid afternoon. You will not be disappointed staying here. It’s an easy walk to everything.

Bel hotel, acceuil agréable, situation parfaite!
Deux nuits dans ce très bel hotel! L'accueil est très agréable. Notre chambre pour trois était parfaite, belle sdb et très jolie décoration. Le pdj est bien complet, buffet sucré salé. La position de l hôtel permet de tt faire à pied! Nous y reviendrons séjourner, car cette ville est magnifique.

Disappointed that our superior room did not have proper balcony only juliet one (facing the courtyard). Bad smell from drainage in bathroom. Rooms are a bit tired (needs a paint). Breakfast was good, did not appreciate the coffee machine was fixed during people having breakfast when should be sorted after (as area is really small and the man was working next to food etc)

Nice hotel, Villa Othero!
Nicely decorated and very clean and proper hotel in Nice. Very convenient too as it is very close to the station (Nice Ville) and a maximum 15 minutes pleasant walk down to the beach and promenade des Anglais.

Super cute hotel close to the train station. Great location, close to everything we wanted to do and see. Friendly staff and convenient water machine in the lobby. No soundproofing between rooms.

A good hotel
We enjoyed our stay. The location was good and the room very clean; The bed was particularly comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our only criticism would be that the shower was not working very well and a couple of things fell off the wall!

Great hotel with friendly staff
I absolutely loved my five-night stay here. The best part was the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful, especially the lady who I think is the manager (I think her name was Dotte). The room was nicely decorated if a bit small, but who goes to a hotel just to stay in their room the whole time? I didn't do the breakfast buffet but it looked and smelled delicious. Maybe next time for that. But the entrance lobby/lounge area offers comfy seating and free refreshments throughout the day. There's coffee, tea, still and sparkling water, and pastries like croissants and donuts. Definitely take advantage of it. This hotel allows dogs, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. There's an extra fee of 10€ per night, but that's reasonable compared to what some other hotels in the area charge. Another plus is that this hotel is less than a 5-minute walk to the train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk west to the main strip (the Centre Ville) and about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. Another great thing is their wifi. It's super fast! In terms of cleanliness, everything was super clean and well maintained. The room was very clean as was the entrance/lounge area. I saw them vacuuming and mopping it regularly. My minor complaint is that the walls are fairly thin. You can hear people in the hall and in the next room. It wasn't terrible but definitely noticeable. I definitely plan on staying here again.
