What a lovely bed and breakfast would highly recommend Jean is such a lovely caring helpful lady, we loved chatting with her we had every thing we needed and she asked us every day if we needed anything and if we needed anything from the shop which was so kind. Beautiful breakfast too cooked to perfection. Loved our room I had ground floor as I can’t do stairs it was perfect spotlessly clean fresh white towels lots tea coffee milk biscuits and loved the decor of the room thank you Jean for giving us a memorable week

Anniversary break
Had a wonderful 2 night stay. Jean goes above and beyond to make sure you're aware of where everything is and how things are run. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. We were there for our anniversary and were left a card and box of chocolates in the room when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. We'll definitely be back

We had a lovely stay here this weekend. Very clean, tidy and comfortable rooms. A very warm welcome from Jean when we arrived. A fabulous breakfast that kept us going most of the day too. Just outside of the main strip so nice and quiet but easy to get into the hustle and bustle of the seafront when you want to. Great place and definitely planning on a return visit.

White Lodge
Extremely pleasant bed and breakfast. Comfortable bedroom, great breakfast and situated in a quiet crescent only minutes from the sanddunes, sea and the occasional seals. Friendly owner for whom nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic bed and breakfast.
Jean our host was absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble for her. Breakfast was fantastic. The location opposite the beach was stunning.

A fantastic long weekend at the White Lodge
We stayed with Jean at the White Lodge when we decided on a long weekend in Great Yarmouth in June. Best choice we could have made. It started with Jean greeting on arrival, welcoming, friendly but also professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room (No.1) was HUGE and a super king bed with art-deco furniture which was great. Bathroom was cosy but worked just fine for our needs. Clean was an understatement and Jean made sure everything was spotless. Breakfast was superb - lots of selection, and everything taken care of. Nothing was any trouble for Jean at any time. We really couldn’t have asked any more of her. Excellent value all round and Jean made our weekend what it was - fantastic. Great location too, just 15 mins walk into town (on flat ground). Thank you so much for everythng Jean, we will be back. 100% recommended. Angie & Neil x

Would have preferred toast and coffee to be served at breakfast rather than self service as I would imagine at busy times the small are could become quite congested. Host was very friendly and welcoming and the room was large and well kept. Overall had a lovely few days.

Short break.
When we arrived, we were greeted by Jean, the owner of the B&B. She was very welcoming and friendly, she asked us if we needed anything. The rooms were inkeeping with the property very querky. When we come back we will be staying again.

Brilliant 3 night stay for birthday everything was great friendly polite very helpful, room was so nice and view along front was great ,breakfast was wonderful jean the owner was there for anything you could have needed very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble can highly recommend will definitely be back.

Jean was a very welcoming host, friendly, helpful and a great breakfast chef too. Room was very comfortable, king size bed, quirky bathroom. Breakfast excellent, lots of choice. Will definitely stay again if in the area

A couple of days in Great Yarmouth
On our arrival we were met by Jean the owner who showed us around and to our room, which was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. As for breakfast we were given a variety of choice including cereals, fruit and also a cooked one. If we are in Yarmouth again we will be back and would definately recommend staying here.

The host was so friendly and looked after us perfectly. The full English breakfasts were great. Our room (1) was large and comfortable. The bathroom may be a little small for some people but was fine for us. The building is not modern but has loads of character and period decor. We would definitely stay here again.

Cracking food and lovely room
We stayed in a room that had a sea view. Lovely and clean, plenty of tea and coffee in the room, bed was nice and firm, just how I like it. Jean the owner was very friendly and attentive, and she cooks the best breakfast EVER!

Fantastic stay
Stay was amazing host was fantastic. Cleanliness was brilliant. Location was ideal for us. Thouroughly enjoyed the choice of breakfast. One tiny thing I would like decent butchers sausages for breakfast ie: cumberland/lin olnshire ones instead of catering sausages with no flavour. Will definitely stay there again.

Lovely traditional seaside B&B with modern fittings. Landlady is a marvel. Excellent breakfast. Just a walk acroos the road for the beach.
