My stay at this Comfort Inn was atrocious. The room itself was gross and dirty. Sheets stainted and hair inside the bed. Couch stained and torn, TV wasn't working, frig was turned off. I was traveling with my infant daughter and after 11 hours of traveling and arriving at 10pm the receptionist said there was nothing she could do. The next morning the manager would not give me a refund and there was nothing Expedia could do. My only option was to get another room in the same building. And even afte that, the manager was less than accommodating. I am mind blown. The Comfort Inn had me feeling anything but comfortable.

The back dumpster area by the rear entrance is a mess. I would highly recommend cleaning that area up. Although some updates needed the room was very clean, as were the bedsheets. No complaints inside. The area was a little rough to be out at night.

First surprise was the receptionist telling me upon checking in that the fridge is turned off and I had to switch it on. The carpet in the elevator is disgusting. Toiletries were half filled.. Day receptionist’s putting a “you are annoying” face. No smile no care whatsoever, poker face. They make you feel like you were living in the hotel for free. Last but not least, wherever you go inside the hotel you see instructions printed on plain printer paper with draft setting to save ink .. so horrible; I was looking at them and really wondered “ am I really in America!!!!”

Relativity new building in an area of so-so homes. So-so on the maintenance, only one of the three things I needed got fixed. Friendly staff.

The hotel is in need of all furniture updates- dressers old with peeling and broken parts. sink faucet kept falling off on the top. Hole in the shower area, walls need painting. This property isn’t the most appealing BUT for the price it was excellent!!! I had surgery at a place near by and when I got back the guy even brought out a chair to roll me down the hall and even moved us to the first floor as the elevator was broken

A pleasant surprise!
The room was very clean and larger than I expected. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. I had read a ton of negative reviews about the hotel, but none of the reviews were true based on my experience. I definitely will be back, and I’m recommending the hotel to all my friends and family. Great place for a quiet getaway.

The front desk person Lou, was very professional, helpful and she had a pleasant attitude at all times. She was the only person I saw working the front desk and you never seen a frown on her face. She help with breakfast, cleaning she is a jack of all trades.

Not so much dirty as rundown. Paint was missing, lampshades torn, etc. The clerk was very nice and helpful, but the restaurant she recommended was not great. Not a good experience overall.

We had to park in an area that I was not feeling safe since there were plenty of areas that someone could hide and possible harm us. We had to walk completely around the building to get in.

Great friendly staff,very clean and beautiful cool rooms. I would stay forever a this hotel. Not like the best western in Norfolk va they are racist there and roaches.

Upon arrival the attendant was very pleasant and nice but when I entered my assigned room I wanted to check out. I had to take a cold shower, the toilet seat was broken, the tub sprout was broken and the phone to call the front desk didn’t even have a wire connection so I had to use my cell phone. I would never stay at this location again!!! They need to use the money they get to upgrade their appliances and make the room more cozy. Also there was dog hair all over the sofa which makes me think they don’t clean up after every guest. Lastly I didn’t like that if I wanted my room cleaned I had to request it ever.

Rooms and common areas were not welcoming, smelt and were very out dated and dirty. Staff was extremely kind, the small amounts of them we interacted with. Very noisy hotel, can hear the people next to you and above you all the time. Area outside wasnt clean and just an odd location.
