The hotel is very nice and clean, the bad thing is that it has no control over visitors, the night I stayed there were people drinking and smoking excessively in the whole room and no one did anything.

Floor didn’t look vacuumed. Bathroom is awkward and tiny. Sucky water pressure. Major problems with the elevator. View was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Would maybe stay again..but probably not.

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of the Boardwalk. Easy walk to everything. The building and rooms however are very old and outdated. Definitely needs a refresh!

I’ve stayed at this property a couple times now and every time it’s been a great experience. Check in is quick, the staff is friendly and helpful, parking is convenient, and the room is always clean. I love that it’s right on the beach and there are plenty of dining and shopping options right there as well. I’ll continue to return to this location!

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was acceptable for the age of the hotel. Bed was comfortable, bathroom is dated. Pool area is was not acceptable at all, very old and looked dirty.

I liked the property as I have stayed there at least 10 times before. The front desk personnel was very professional and helpful. However, I was a little disappointed that the shower in #300 did not have a shower curtain. I put towels on the floor to soak up the water. Oh well.

This place is a dump. It is a 1950s concrete box "enhanced" only by the cheapest of make overs. In our room, the coffee maker did not work, the TV was manageable only with a software engineering degree and the room decor was " thrift store yard sale".

The indoor pool was outside the property so its cold and my son was freezing when he went in ans out of pool noisy on 6 floor ac didnt work will never go there again

So easy to check in get a cart and go to ur room . Don’t have to walk all over the place . Come up to your room look at the ocean . Put your things out and have something to eat . Wonderful to hear the ocean as u sleep! Beds are very comfortable.

I love the ocean view. The room was a good size . The parking is easy . Just park in front and go in . The staff is friendly and happy you are there. The beds are higher up and very comfortable . The lighting is a little dim but still would stay again. Very easy for business have carts to use to bring all your things in at once and leave . Not have walk outside in the hotel . I like the elevator also if havevto bring in more than a piece of luggage .

Overall, it met my needs (clean; comfortable bed; fresh linens; shower; fridge; microwave & WiFi) at a decent price point. Only fault was that the hall I was on didn’t smell too good. Good thing my room was directly in front of the elevator..:)

As with most beach properties it could use updates but a great stay and priced well for the season. Easy check in with pleasant staff, room was clean and comfortable. Great location and convenient to restaurants and most of all the board walk. Would definitely recommend to others.........

Great price for basic lodging
Service was great. Room was clean. Great view of the ocean. Nice balcony. Beds/pillows were not super restful but they did the job. Price was phenomenal!

Worst Hotel Experience
There was a tropical storm with flooding and a tornado was heading up the coast. The carpet in our room was wet. The power was flickering on and off. The end of the front hallway was holding water which was coming in one of the large front windows. We paid for hotel insurance. We asked the front desk for a refund if we left the clerk said yes the refund will go back on the card used to pay for our room. Now the hotel has been refusing to refund our money. Worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.We were in the room for only 30 minutes.

I was constantly bothered about a 12.73 resort fee that should have been taken off of the credit card that I provided. I extended my stay because of personal but left 1 hour after paying for an extra day because of the staff constantly knocking on my door asking me to provide proof. I was told to show them my phone with confirmation number. After being bothered for the 4th time and showing my confirmation number then the phone calls began asking about a $12.73 resort fee, with an attitude I might add! I had previously told them that I was in an accident on my way to the hotel and was sore and was willing to provide proof (police report). I just needed a late checkout because I didn’t arrive to the hote until almost 3 am and asked for a few hours to ly down after returning from an appointment. They would not, even though there were no cars in the parking lot. The hotel was empty. I was told that I had to leave by 12pm. I paid for an extra day only to end up leaving 1 hr later due to the harassment. This place treated me terribly and I have no plans to return.
