I liked that Hampton Inn Suffolk provides free breakfast. The property was very clean and it's not too far from the airport.

There was only one elevator working. The drink machine was out of order on our floor. Our door wouldn’t shut good we had a time when leaving. There was mold in the shower. The staff was very friendly and was very helpful. The breakfast area was very nice and food good.

Hard to get to. Some appliance in our room was making the be vibrate. Made it difficult to sleep. Eventually it stopped. good breakfast

Bug in the bed. TV has no guide and Hotel had no guide. Had to go to each Chanel individually to see what Chanel’s they had. Ridiculous. Toilet broken. Had to adjust the end side of toilet every time you flushed the toilet. Don’t stay there.

everything was great! a couple of things. the sofa at room 518 was not clean, perhaps spilled on previously, and the printout at the checkout time does not have the Inn's information.

Friendly folks and clean facilities
Staff was very friendly here. They put out fresh baked cookies around check-in time when we came, and they were amazing! Our room and all the facilities were clean, and the area surrounding the hotel seems very safe as well.

This was our second stay there because we loved it the first time but this time I forgot my wedding ring in room 214 and when I realized it I called and was told it wasn't there. That lets me know the staff will keep any forgotten items instead of giving it to lost and found. I understand I was rushing and left it in front of the television but I did think housekeeping would turn it in.

weekend get-a-way
The hotel was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was that the water pressure was very strong. So when you turn on the water in the sink, water went spewing everywhere!! The floor will have to be repaired very soon from water damage. This was also the case with the shower. We had to keep towels on the bathroom floor.

Very professional and courteous staff. Clean. Reasonably priced for a weekend. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or weight room since we were only there one night. Would have loved breakfast to last until 11 am so we missed that, but overall a great place to stay. Will definitely be staying there during my next visit.

For a baseball tournament with rain on and off but good stay there. Ice machine on 5th floor did not work. Overall ok.

Check in took a long time as they didn't have the room ready, the first room was covered in ants and took even longer for another room for us to be ready. The breakfast was very limited and poor quality food.

Very good for the most part
We only stayed for one night, but overall everything was good. Very clean premises, friendly staff, great accommodations. My only complaint would be not the greatest breakfast selection, but what they did have was very tasty.

I enjoyed my weekend stay at Hampton Inn. The renovations/upgrades were noted and appreciated. Everything was perfect. The front desk staff was exceptional and the dining staff was too. Very clean. Nothing was out of place. I would definitely stay again.
