I booked a king room a week before going down to stay, when I got there they told me there wasn't a king room available even though they charged my card 2 days prior to my check-in to reserve the room (which I wasn't aware they were doing because it said they were charging me at midnight the day of check in on the booking listing). They told me i would have to stay in a queen room instead (for the same price even though it was cheaper a week prior). So I was irritated about that and demanded a partial refund for the inconvenience and since the queen rooms were cheaper. I was denied the refund but I checked in anyways. I went up to the room and it wasn't even a queen room, it was a room with 2 twin beds... And it was absolutely filthy. Floors were dirty, dressers and shelves had debris and a white substance smeared on everything, the rooms wreaked like smoke (we booked a non-smoking room), the tub/shower was dirty (stains/hair in the tub), and the toilet was all stained with feces and urine... I was livid. I wanted a full refund for the nastiness and the fact the room they put me in was nowhere close to the price of the room that I booked but it would take 5-7 business days for it to process so I said screw it and stayed anyways considering I was only there for the night for business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW THAT IS CONSIDERING BOOKING THIS HOTEL TO LOOK ELSEWHERE AND SPEND A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS TO STAY AT A DIFFERENT ESTABLISHMENT. 0 OUT OF 5 STARS!!!
