The property was dirt got off the elevator a man was just standing around the corner of it he scared me the room stink had a hole in the bathroom door the blanket was bigger than the bed it was dragging the floor it was just a mess will never go back there again

I would never lay my head down at this place. The rooms look absolutely NOTHING like what was advertised. I booked a 7 day stay and didn’t sleep there one night. Then was given the run around when trying to receive a refund. If you’re in dire need for somewhere to stay for a night or two then this could suffice. But definitely not a vacation.

Room had an odor my key to get in the door hardly ever works and am being charged different amounts every week the walls are dirty and they sent me a letter about room not being clean the room looks nothing like the picture.

The front desk staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Everyone in the building were very helpful in guiding you to various places in the area that we have never been too. Everything was great. But remember to bring your own dishes, pans, towels, toiletpaper because this hotel does not supply them.

When we arrived we were treated terribly. Debra was rude and made me, (after being told I could not walk that far by my daughter)a disabled individual who has three pelvic fractures come all the way in to check us in because my 33 year old daughter is 4’9” tall and looks like a teenager when casually dressed. She could have asked for her ID If she needed both our ID’s I could have stopped by the desk on our way inside. Also, your site states pet friendly and as soon as she heard we had 2 service dogs she got even nastier. She tried to say I needed certification, according to the ADA I DO NOT! I only need a letter from my physician. I have had service dogs for 7 years, This was the first time I have ever been discriminated against because of my need for a service animal. I am a Constitutional Law Paralegal, I know my rights and I KNOW THE LAW! I am also a card carrying member of the ACLU!!! Then she caught herself wanting to know what disability I have that the dog provides a service for. AGAIN AGAINST ADA GUIDELINES!!! The disabilities do NOT EVER HAVE TO BE DISCLOSED NOT EVEN IN THE LETTER! We came here because we tried Virginia Beach a few they called me the day of, claiming they didn’t have the room I booked they only had a premium and I would have to pay the larger fee, or even though it was YOUR ESTABLISHMENT’s fault!!! We read reviews and Debra’s were great hence, why we decided to give your company ANOTHER TRY BIG MISTAKE!

Excellent staff, clean room that has all the amenities you need. Walking distance to shopping centers. All around great experience. Highly recommend if you’re in the area

Cannot believe this business is still open
Besides the children playing in lobby with basketballs, people blaring music in the front desk and the smells of cigarette throughout... The room had bloodstains and dirty handprints everywhere. The bathroom was missing a handle for the sink... Towels were dirty and bathtub was broken...

Worst hotel in my 24 year's of constant travel. Pictures don't do this place justice on how run down it is. I lasted less than 30 minutes and had to check out. Rude staff when I checked out. How is this hotel still allowed to operate and not condemned? If this is the last hotel available to stay, sleep in your car. Pathetic

Horrible experience overall!
The hotel staff is terrible. It doesn't matter if you reserve a room or not, even if you have already paid for it. They give away all rooms to anyone who shows up. If you book your room and someone else gets there before your room to them. They do not care. The evening manager Jessica is extremely rude and should find another job due to her complete unprofessionalism. I will tell anyone who mentions this hotel not to waste their time or money here and I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know the same thing!

The Worst Hotel Ever!
Bates Motel!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! NASTY....Check-in horrible, one person she acted as if she didnt care, couldnt find my reservation which was paid for after I stood in line over an hour to get checked in. I am a non smoker - received a handicapped accessible smoking room. Dont walk on carpet barefooted.....disgusting!!! Weed smelling throughout the hallways. One slow elevator. Front desk closes down at a certain time until a certain time next morning. This hotel should be removed from Hotels.com as a matter of fact any website.

I went to check in after 10pm and they do not have a customer service person after 9pm at night to check you in so I couldn't stay because I didn't have a way to get in the room I paid for.

Terrible weekend stay
Came into room greeted with the harsh smell of old smoke. It smelled like an ashtray. Turned on the light only for the first thing I see is a dead roach. Spider webs were visible in the corners of my room. Towels given in rooms thin and usable only once. Bed was uncomfortable with ridiculously small pillows. Terrible experience and spent as little time as I could in the room. I will never return and would tell anyone else to save their $.

Worst Experience Ever, buyer beware.
overall worst experience, the staff was not there when I arrived at 0030 in the morning. Then they wanted to copy my drivers' license and have me sign it. I have never had my License copied and signed, very sketchy. I WILL NEVER stay at an InTowns again, and probably will really have to reconsider booking with Hotels again. I had to spend 300 dollars for a last minute hotel this night so I am out a great deal of money because I trusted Hotels.com.

Worse hotel experience ever!
My tired family arrived after a long 3 day journey from WI to VA late on Saturday Jun 10. Front desk was closed there was a sign with instructions to call a local number. I got a hold I think of the property manager could hardly hear him. His cell phone sounded terrible. He told me; I think that the office was closed until Monday and he could not help us and to call Travelocity. This made no sense since it was now almost midnight. Travelocity would have not arrived to check us in and the house was closed Jun 11 the second day of our stay. Again Travelocity would not have come to check in on Sunday either. This property screwed over a traveling family on a weekend just about every hotel in the area was full. Almost wound up sleeping in our car!! Thank goodness the Holiday Inn Express was nice to assist us. Sang their praises for treating hotel guests the right way.

Just an old run down facility. The bed was sunken in... sheets appeared to be washed but obviously were old and dingy. I saw two roaches. There were NO POTS PANS UTENSILS even though there was fridge n stove. The whole floor smelled of old cooking grease. I could not EVER see myself coming back. It was much nicer when it was Savannah Suites

First and last time trying this brand. This hotel deserves a big Zero or -5. No bath towel no soap very dirty carpet. This is my first time I'm writing this kind of review taking as social and moral responsibility for others.

A bit scary
Outside door locks were broken off. An overall feeling of not secure. Even with chair jammed against the door, knew we weren't going to sleep well, left, wrote it off to a bad decision and found a different hotel for our 1 night stay.

The staff was incredibly unprofessional. I actually recall one belching while helping us. The whole hotel has a musty smell and a very trashy feeling. The beds are awful and the floors were sticky and we had to beg for more towels. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody and they need new staff and a few lessons on how to properly clean. Gross!

Checked in, no one was at the front desk. Had to yell a few times to get someone. Rooms were not ready for checkin. Was told to come back at checkin time of 3 pm. Is now about 2:15pm. I said my reservation showed checking of 12:00pm. They said it did not. I show them print-out. They then found a room for me in about 15-20 minutes. (Not my requested double.) I latrr called for an iron and ironing board and the clerk brought it up to me--it had no covering at all just a bare board. When I retured it after usingusing, they said I could have left it in my room, but I told them I was checking out very early in the morning. Did not want them disturbing me before then. Would recommend as a last resort. Staff was friendly; that's about all I can say positive.

Find a different place to stay
We arrived at 4:45pm and our rooms were not ready. The internet is not WiFi and no ethernet cords were to be found. The is no 24 hour staffing but a number to call if a problem. Luckily, our one night stay was uneventful. The carpets in the hallways were stained significantly as well as the bathroom sinks. Paint on the bedroom doors was peeled.

Don't stay here
I was given a key to a room that smelt of fire and the light fixtures were sitting on the bed. They gave me another room that smelt of insecticide probably sprayed for bed bugs. Place looks like a home for displaced homeless people. Did not feel safe and did not stay there. Cancelled.

This hotel needs complete makeover. Crumbling walls, rippled and stained carpeting and AC with inoperable fan speed control just begin to describe its issues. I've seen better maintained low income public housing........
