The property is beautiful! The home was immaculate, well preserved yet updated, and lovely! The owners and staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming! The rooms felt like they could tell a story- especially the Babe Ruth room, which we stayed The breakfasts were well balanced and delicious! There was always fresh fruit and gourmet freshly ground coffee. The common areas both inside and out were spacious and still cozy. We were amazed at how many guests were there since we never heard the least sound from our room! We were honored to have made The Cranmore Mountain Lodge part of our journey!

Free sodas, coffee, teas, bottled water. Great staff that gave us good advice about local hikes, etc. excellent breakfast.

Shirley and her staff provided a welcoming and helpful, but not too intrusive presence. Breakfasts were delicious, and the home-baked cookies offered during the day were a special treat! The newly installed hot tub was great for relaxing, and hubby loved using the library for reading during the rainy part of our visit. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The property is beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening. Natasha cooked an incredible breakfast with made-to-order eggs, and she was so welcoming and friendly. We felt right at home and will return to Cranmore Mountain Lodge!

Easy to find - breakfast was delicious. Room was a bit cramped - we had the family room w/a queen and twin bed...bathroom for this room was just down the hall, not an issue, but not clear that was the case when making the reservation.

It was a very clean and comfortable stay! Nice common area amenities like an espresso machine, complimentary treats and bottled water, and shared full size refrigerator. Bed was super comfy! Overall just a relaxing, peaceful place.

This property is unique in many ways. Nice little pond to sit by, woods, and a stream right on the property along with chickens. Our room was very large and comfortable, very clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing, best blueberry pancakes I’ve ever had. The owners and their son were very pleasant and friendly. This property is old with a lot of history. Could use some improvement/maintenance on the outside. We would stay again.

The Cranmore MT. Lodge B&B experience was excellent. The check-in with the Owner was very smooth, she gave a detailed overview of the property, and what it had to offer. The guestroom was very clean, as was the main building that we stayed in. The breakfast offerings were great, like being at restaurant, our meal was outstanding, the server was very personable and attentive. The Lodge was like a step back in time, great location, and would highly recommend this property.

Pleasant stay, worthy of a repeat visit.
The location was great, nice and quiet as stated on web site. The room was neat and clean and the hosts were friendly and accessible. The breakfast was prompt and the food was good. I would stay here again!

We apologize for this inconvenience. The pool fence needs to be repaired, and we have been waiting now for 3 months for a contractor to take care of it. As you might know, this year it is very hard to get in touch with any contractor, and we thank your guests for their understanding and compassion. Without the fence repaired, it is not safe to open the pool. Furthermore, we never mentioned on our listing that we had a pool, therefore it is logical to think that you didn't book our place because we had a pool! So we are sorry that we were not up to your expectations!

Excellent location, very clean and spacious. Our hosts apologized in advance for the potential noise on Saturday, their roof was being replaced. We did not go up there to stay in the room so not an issue for us. Breakfast was very good and everyone we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back in the future. Best Breakfast!
Cranmore Mountain lodge BB was very quaint, quiet and clean. Inkeeper was very attentive and helpful. The daily breakfast omlets were amazing! Freshly made and tasty! very relaxing and not far from the main shopping areas

Nearly perfect.
The room was perfectly clean and comfortable despite not being able to watch TV in bed: a compromise to having the in-suite jetted tub! They're taking the utmost precautions for safety during Covid and were pleasant though appropriately 'distanced.' Our server for breakfast was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing hindering a perfect review was the lack of response when texting the suggested number with any questions. Our question/issue was never addressed - we never even got a response apologizing for not being able to help if that were the case.

This was very enjoyable. It is a rustic inn, but had the necessary modernizations (wifi). Breakfast was very good and included. It was very close to Cranmore Mountain and all the restaurants and shops in North Conway. Very convenient. Dog friendly. Came with my two young boys. They had a great time. Would definitely stay here again.

Rotten picnic table and ameneties
Nothing like the photos, very small and wifi constantly went in and out. Was enjoying dinner outside when a picnic table totally collapsed on us. We discovered the wood was rotten and had mushrooms growing out of it. When we told the owner she said we were lying about the wood and that if we didnt like it we could go somewhere else. Owner was completely rude and nonaccomidating would not reccomend to anyone.

We are sorry you experienced such a bad very short stay with us. I am the owner and don't recall being rude to you at all! The photos represent exactly what we are : a 20 room B&B. Not a motel, not a hotel. Rooms are exactly as described, providing you read the description. You complained about the WIFI a few minutes after your arrival. No one in the building (young people, video gaming) had complained about it at all. However, because of your complain, we reset the network. Then your wife broke the picnic table when sitting on it. I never said ever you were lying about it! I said that this specific table was indeed not a new table, used many times before you used it, and was actually sturdy enough to be moved around when we mow the lawn. We didn't realize that it was not sturdy enough for everybody. We removed this table today (as it was completely broken) and didn't notice any mushrooms growing on it. Yes, there were rotten parts that we didn't suspect and we are sorry about this. I think we were accommodating enough to provide you with a full refund considering that we were obviously not the right property for you. Our number 1 priority is the safety and satisfaction of our guests. Unfortunately, we cannot please everyone. Thank you for helping a small business.

Lovely place to stay in North Conway, NH
Owners a wonderful family, though did not have any interactions with one member of the family. Freddy and Antoine were the ones we had most contact with. Very nice, accommodating an very concerned about "social distancing". We loved how they showed which tables were open to seating and which were not. Cute. We were never made to feel we were interrupting anything when was asked for something. HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Great base for cross county skiing. Inexpensive inn with great cooked to order breakfast. Outdoor hot tub that's open in winter, and a cozy common room with a fireplace. Not modern, but comfy.
