Thank you for letting us know that your tap was loose. We go around regularly and check them as they constantly get loose and now we know that the room you were in is loose we will get that corrected straight away. As for the conditioner we supply a shampoo/conditioner mix. And yes you are correct about the toilet paper - we have been in touch with our supplier about this, it appears to be a bad batch and this is being rectified. Do hope we get to meet you again.

Hi there, Thank you for your comment. As I explained to you when you asked for a receipt - You had already paid Expedia - Expedia then deducts their commission and that is the amount we take from the Expedia Virtual card. It is not the amount you will have paid Expedia. Therefore in this instance you will have to use the receipt that you will have received from Expedia when you made the booking.
