This is s beautiful property. However, they do not have dining options around. I had to order from service, which would come from their sister location that had a restaurant. The property is also remote, and i would havre preferred to walk in town for shopping. For that, i had to rent a daily taxi, which is not cheap. In fact, anywhere in Goa, taxi seems unionized and expensive.

Bang for the buck stay
The room was really spacious, had 3 beds, a fridge, shower caps, everything we could need. Even had laundry service, free bus service to Panaji. Although located a bit far from North Goa, the place had a really nice beach (Miramar) close by. The rooms were very clean and the staff was good. They have contacts of cab drivers which were good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was really good. Washrooms were clean and spacious as well. The view from rooms was also good, huge windows. The sitting area inside the room was a bit conjusted though. Overall, it was a really good bang for the buck for services that were offered.

Cozy & Great little surprise
The hotel itself is located in what seems like a safe residential area. We had little trouble getting there but that was sorted with use of gps! The rooms are so spacious with all the basic amenities & a clean bathroom (which is very important for us) the breakfast was great! Enough choices and good taste of food. Happy with the stay!

Economy Travel Hotel
This was an economy hotel, with no amenties (spa, pool or restaurant). While there was a small breakfast buffet option, there weren't any lunch or dinner options other than ordering the food and then waiying 45 minutes for them to have it delivered. No pool and no massage or spa options. We stayed be one night and then moved to another local hotel with more on-site amenties. The front desk Manager was very helpful and understanding.

Excellent views,Good Service. Value for money.
I stayed there for about a week. Very satisfied with my stay. Professional staff/management. Huge rooms, fantastic view. outstanding value for money. Did not had the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Even without breakfast it was excellent deal. Location was little bit off from Panaji, but it was not a issue as I had my own vehicle & was familiar with the area.

Clean and comfortable hotel

reaching there is the most difficult part. no food
It is very far from the city. No beach near. Food they bring from out side restaurants.Going out for dining is not easy. You must hire a taxi which comes on call and expensive. For break fast they hv a set menu of very little things. No juice is served.Egg is the only non veg available. In place of butter, margarine is served. Black coffee is a low class pouch in hot water. Rooms are large and very clean. This is the only consolation.

Es hat uns gefallen weil man ausherhalb der Stadt ist. Man höhrt nich permanent das gehupe der Autos. Das Hotel liegt an einem Hügel wo die reichen Inder leben.

Modest B and B in isolated location
The location is far away from anything and there is nowhere else to eat within walking distance. The rooms are well presented but have no balcony. You end up having to rely on taxis. The staff really do their best for you, but you get what you pay for here which is fair enough.

simple stay with nice staff
Simple bnb with large rooms and nice bathroom. Limited television channel and extremely firm bed so can be a little uncomfortable at times. Staff are friendly and willing to help you out food: simple breakfast not much choice but room service and menu is tasty. Good choice of food there.

Very disappointing and disgusting
We booked because of the raving reviews. It started with the receptionist not even offering to help me carry my heavy bag. Our room had mould stains all over the main wall. My insisting to change the room didn't help- they said they were full. I wanted to speak to the manager which didn't happen. I wanted to call hotels.com but there was no Indian no. to be found. So we had to stay. Next the bed sheet was completely stained, the pillows smelled very badly like sweat, the towels had brown stains. The mattress protection sheet was mouldy. They did change everything. No sorry, no nothing. Breakfast was the next disappointment. Forget what you see in the picture. There was packaged bread (no toaster), muesli and choco flakes, eggs to order and a small glass of juice from a package plus at tiny cup of instant coffee. To say something positive: the bath was nice (with only one light working) with a view from the shower. The room from the view is fantastic as well (through the very dirty windows.) Overall very hard to believe that we were just unlucky.

Best view in goa
Nice B&B with excellent service. Owner very helpful with all our questions. Arranged for a cheap rental car delivered at the door. Nice breakfast. Nothing to fancy, but all good. The views are great and the room looks like the pictures online. Would recommend!

-ves: 1) Away from most places, incl. railway stns. Coming from a metro, without your personal vehicle or rented one is challenging. Buses are nonexistent post 8pm, and even the path to main road to take bus is difficult to navigate and the closest one is w/o street lamps. 2) Hotel does have an in house dining place but food comes from their other branch nearby. It matters as one dish wasn't to my liking despite giving feed back about a similar dish. 3) no refrigerator in my room. Noticed that neighbouring room did. Didn't matter as it was monsoon, but just ask if you need. 4) no lift, Sr. Citizens may be uncomfortable beyond 1st floor. +ves: 1) very good services from both Mr. Richard and Mr. Nikhil (night manager). Whatever I requested was made available. Once, Nikhil even provided a light snack till our food arrived, on the house. And always with a smile. 2) room-big, bed-comfortable, cupboards/drawers-plenty, charging pts:4, two@bed. 3) Decent Wi-Fi. 4) Food: When the preparation is correct it's delightful. I ordered 6 nonveg and 1 veg dishes: Chi.Vindaloo was not to my liking. Pra.Balchao was identical except the prawn switch. Rest of the items tasted authentic. Rice portion when ordered with curry was generous. Food is crucial because there is no restaurant @ walkable dist. *Prawn curry and rice, bibinca with ice-cream are recommended.* 6) External cab service: good. Ask 4 satish 7) lovely view from 3rd floor. Sea is visible if you try. Overall a very good 8.5/10

Lovely rooms, great view!
This is the best hotel I've stayed in in a long time. And I stayed in the Hilton by the Niagara falls with a falls view pretty recently, so that's saying something. The rooms were huge (huuuuuuuuuge!) with nice wide windows with amazing view. The staff is super friendly and do everything with a smile. They are incredibly accommodating. The locality is beautiful. Absolutely loved my stay.

Trip to GOA !
Duration 13th March to 17th March .Stay was very comfortable . Hotel staff was really copertive & humble.Breakfst meals & Dinner was very good in taste & fresh.location is very good but somewhat far from Panaji city ( 3~4 kms. away ).I really thank to Hotel managers Richards & Nikhil for arranging everything in a brisk time.Over all family enjoyed the stay.Nice sight view of Sea & city from hotel room.

Homely stay at B&B.
Our three night stay was excellent in the property so well maintained. Hotel services, cleanliness, aminities and complimentery breakfast were just suprb. Hotel staff was very helpful,courteous and make you feel at home. Only issue is the location- somewhat difficult to locate and reach if you don't have your own transport.
