Terrible beds! Stayed here 2 years ago and actually had to move hotels mid stay because the beds were so bad. Didn’t realize I booked the same hotel again until I got there.. staff was so nice and let me go test out a few rooms (they said some rooms have new beds but they don’t keep track of which rooms) I took the best bed out of the 3 rooms we tried and it still sucked and we all wound up in pain. Rooms are huge, hot tub and pool are nice. Enjoyed the restaurant on site but do feel like a bait and switch. Definitely not as nice as the pictures on here make it other to be. But if it wasn’t for the awful beds, I would have been fine with the place, but will not make the same mistake again

I took my two daughters here so that we could get some time by the ocean and try to bird watch. We were surprised with a plethora of birds to watch right outside on our balcony. And the best part was the s’mores kit they offer! They have relaxing fire pit area with several separate fire pits and it was so cozy! The s’mores kit included everything you need, roasting sticks, and they came out and lit the fire for me too! 10/10 for sure! And the restaurant food there was so delicious! Especially the fries ;)

Cleanliness could have been better. Could have used more towels, iron, and hair dryer quit working. Balconies were terrible.

The front counter lady we first came across was rude and was more annoyed to see us than anything. I won’t be coming back where I don’t feel welcomed.

I got there and I was helped by Tony from the front desk. I asked if by any chance there was a oceanview? He was able to pull some strings and got me oceanview with Balcony. That was outstanding my wife was so happy!!!

I liked the ocean view from the room and the beach access. Rooms were nice only downside was the bed was uncomfortable started to hurt my back after a couple days.

The staff during check in was very helpful, kind, and easy to chat with with. They gave us recommendations for where to go that night for a drink, and Tony (the manager I believe) even upgraded our room to an ocean view room free of charge. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

The courtyard view is a parking lot view. I thought it would be over the fire pit or something. The room was extremely dark (wall is painted a DARK green) with limited yellow lighting. There is no AC and the beds were extremely uncomfortable...like sleeping on a box. The hot tub is in a different room and no one under 18 is allowed in there. There is not much visible access to see the pool from the hot tub, which for a family oriented place, I thought this was weird. The Tennis court is basically a "court" with no net, ground cracked and weeds with one tetherball. I would not claim they have tennis courts. I did not go to the restaurant. As I was extremely disappointed with everything else, I did not want to pay the higher prices for the food and be disappointed in that too.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice view and room was clean. Only issue was the screen door to the deck which either needs to be replaced or fixed in some way as very difficult to open.

The staff was terrific. Easy check-in and out. Room had great view of the ocean, right on top of the waves and close access to the beach. Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean. In room coffee is good , but condiment packets for creamer pretty scant. Mist Restaurant on the property charged $5 for a cup of coffee. Pretty steep for no refills. We would stay again.

The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our "partial ocean view" was lovely and the best part of the experience. The building is definitely quite old and was showing its age in the bathroom especially. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, but there was plenty of towels and there was not an overpowering bleach smell on everything which is a big bonus. A small keurig with some some kcup coffees was provided. No other beverages and continental breakfast for those who are wondering. Overall 7/10.

The noise from the upstairs unit was unreal. Until the late hours at night and then again early in the morning. It literally sounding like they were rearranging furniture for hours! I contacted the front desk 3 times, and nothing changed. The floors were dirty, and to top off a sleepless night because of the noise and terrible beds. There was zero hot water for a shower. When I mentioned it checking out the front desk person said “yeah, that happens when we are booked. Sorry” Never again will I stay there.

Not the worse property I’ve stayed at but definitely not the best. Check in took about 25 minutes to get checked in, I did like the old school keys to open your room. Cable provider has issues so no TV was available in the room, but they did offer free DVD rental at the lobby for our room. We had no cell service inside the room, AT&T, and WiFi wasn’t strong either, we barely had a connection with the WiFi. Restaurant was probably the worst part, waited 30 minutes inside just to see if they even had a table available, we ended leaving before anyone ever acknowledged us. Best part about this property was room, we had the 1st floor and front seat to the ocean, I could watch those waves crash all night! Overall it was a decent stay just a bunch of small inconveniences that added up quickly.
