The staff were absolutely wonderful and the hotel was very clean. We loved our trip to Costa and it was nice to stay in this hotel the last night prior to our departure.

Nice staff, clean and safe. Free shuttle to and from airport a plus. Construction noise next to our room during our stay a minus and usually simple to please continental breakfast had well done fried eggs instead of over easy and rolls were the worst bread I ever came across. Sausage was pink (country’s normal) not brown like in America so not to my taste in flavor too. Their beet brioche beef hamburger was the best!!

Check in was a bit tricky. We were only given one key for our room. I took my kids and headed up to the room which stranded my husband and our bags on the main floor.

Clean and comfortable place to stay on your way in or out of Liberia airport. If you are willingly spending more than one night at any ‘airport’ hotel, it might be time to evaluate your decisions. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is everything you need here to regroup before the beginning or ending to your time in beautiful Costa Rica.

Nice enough hotel with good customer service. Prices for food and beverage are very high even in the little gift shop and there is nothing nearby to get snacks or drinks. For the price of the rooms there should be a complimentary breakfast also!

Everything went well, restaurant service was just ok.. no paper menu (weird but when travelling... no cellphone.. anyways). Rooms are ok, clean, nothing much. Breakfast way too expensive, walked 5 minutes to a restaurant for better and cheaper. Easy for flight the next morning though.

Stayed here for our 4th time. Hallways need to be vacuumed. No towels in the pool area. Numerous patrons complained several times. Front desk staff are great. Restaurant servers do not smile. The moved chairs from Other tables to our table while we were eating! Very weird. Food options are good even gluten free options. Food is tasty.

We liked the room, great bed & pillows. Restaurant food was good, and shuttle to airport was nice. What we think could change…. More loungers around the pool and maybe some sun umbrellas for more shade. For the price we paid for the room, breakfast should be included. Every other hotel we stayed at in CR provided breakfast for their guests. The staff from the restaurant need training on how to clean up the pool area. There were glasses & napkins from the previous evening still on the pool deck or tables the next morning. As well, glass beer bottles should not be allowed in or near the pool. Not safe! Not sure if there was a pool cleaning person but there should be someone who cleans the leaves from the pool, more than once a day.
