Dear Mr Anonymous, Concerning the shampoo/conditioner and soap, our staff recharged extra everyday, now if you would like more you just need to ask as you friend did on her last day for some more...? Stoking ? The towels: we change them every 2 days unless , as it is written in your bathroom,( didn't read it in 3 days staying ?), you have juts to put them on the floor if you want the cleaning lady to change it everyday... Regarding the A/C , that is strange as it is working just find as a normal A/C without any complained from any costumer in this room...and if it was so inconfortable why did you ask me to stay for 2 extra days...? Also why you didn't come and see us during your stay or after the first night so we could check all it out ? We are really sorry if the mezzanine bed hasn't been made during your 3 days as it is a misunderstanding with our new staff member learning as she didn't realise someone was sleeping upstairs. Concerning the fact that you were going sometimes at the Airport to drop your friend, we asked nothing(day and time)to respect your privacy. As it is explained in your room and on Expedia.com the Check out time is 11:00 am exceptionally to 12:00 pm. Unfortunately you didn't ask for a late check out... ? We had no news from you at 12:30 pm, everything was packed in your suitcase, your passport was in the safe, (don't you remember well ?)...Check in is from 2pm and we need the time to clean the studio to be ready on time for the next guest. My staff was just putting your suitcase out of the room and on the way under the pergola to our secure locked Bodega when you walk in around 12:35 Pm by the locked Villa gate....Really... ?! all for that !?? who is Rude after 1h30 delayed waiting without any information... !? also what about the activity you reserve and you no show off...? But of course there is plenty of other great hotel

Due to a last minute cancellation, we were the only one in all Tamarindo to have a room available for 1 night, you reserve late last minute and arrived at 8 pm from the Diria Hotel resort as you left complaining about them...Since the beguining, you were not even friendly at all... didn't even say good evening in return but instead where do I park ? We did a special decoration for you on the bed to welcome them for the NY. My wife explain facility in the room as normal check in process. In the morning before 8am, you start to complained about the A/C not cold enaugh and the critics the quality of the bed, sheets, pillow... As my wife shall you at check in how to put down the temperature below 17 degree and you left it at 20 degrees like at your home, concerning the quality of the bed...we have orthopedic mattress... perhaps 100 and 100 guest that sleep in this King size bed, were 100% satisfied of the comfort and confortable bed , they all sleep more that they should and we never had complained in one of our best room...The TV is not yet advised as we are waiting for the cable guy...again a fals pretext. You also always compared us to a big resort like the Diria Hotel, totally absurd as we are a Guest House B&B, also you speak about the bad location that we have that all our guest love, close to beach, to the center and also quiet, you blame us about the Costa Rica roads conditions...Ridiculous ! you blame us for not having a parking with security as it is said on our property description the parking is outside in a public street...you even was parked at 50 cm of the entrance door Villa, seems to be not enough, as the Diria is the only one around to have a private and parking with security. All this complain was only false pretex for a refund that is more than that totally illegal due to the Non refundable contract you have agreed.

We are happy that you enjoyed your stay at te Villa and in Tamarindo. We are a Guest House with a B&B part and also Studios with equiped kitchen. We are sorry for the confusion but when you reserve, It will appear on your reservation if breakfast is included or not. We will happy to welcome you again in the future. Dear A, First of all, you are totally right thanksfully the neighbors waste management is really better and still in for the pleasure of everybody. You can find us easily on google maps and also with fallowing our 3 signs...parking offert always dfferents easy options. We are happy that you really enjoyed the Villa and Especially The Nautilus King bed...a hit as guest said !!! The breakfast for us in the B&B part is really freshly made to treat you as much as Costa Rica can offer in a french gourmet, home made marmalades, mostly only organic and local products...and different each day. As you know we are not Hotel but a Guest House and so far all our guest are here for a long stay, they love the Pool and Rancho area to relax during the all day...never overcrowded. Concerning the bathroom you just needed to leave the door open to bring air circulate, since more than a year it has never been an issue. Dear Mr Jonathan, Concerning the reservation for us it was for 2 adults from and you came at 3 adults and 2 children. My wife made the check in in our reception lounge ( 50 square meters ) so I do not understand your story about staying under the rain. As everybody can see on our pictures of the Villa there is a lot of place also in the garden to hide from the rain.. We are polite people and asking you where you are from is a classic question... sorry about that. About the fact that we do not like Ticos... I personally known Costa Rica since more than 18 years and live here for about more than 3 years. We have Ticos friends and a lot of happy Ticos guests. Also our son is a Tico. We have rules terms and conditions like all the Hotel and Guest House and a price polices... paying for additional people is totally basic.Our maximum acceptance of people in some studio is 4 ( regarding to the comfort and security of all our guest ).
