Friendly and efficient staff, from front desk reception to breakfast staff. Kind of a different layout for the hotel, but after figuring it out it was fine. Breakfast options each morning were hot and good. Room was nice with nice beds, pillows, shower, etc.

My stay was great. The staff was all so helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean, the pool was great. Breakfast was really good. My only issue was one day when i came back my door didnt close fully after housecleaning and so it was left slightly ajar. Gratefully its such a quiet hotel that nothing was taken from my room. But other than that my stay was great.

Needed a safe place to park my truck and trailer. Off season so lot was virtually empty. Room was great. Good food options very close. I highly recommend

When we arrived learned the pool was closed. No mention of this on the listing with Expedia. Kids were bummed. They arranged for you to use another hotels pool but that is a huge hassle to drag your kids around to swim. But couldn't cancel without losing money. Room was clean. First night was quiet. Second night we had some loud people above us. Sounded like the ceiling was going to come crashing down.

Overpriced. Underwhelming.
Hair all over bathroom shower and in bedsheets. Pool broken down. Rattling AC/ Heater. Arrived to trash sitting in hallway.

Our pool at this time is being renovated to keep it in tip top shape for our guests. We have had our sister property available for our guests to use during this time. Quiet, easy to reach, clean.
We got assigned a quiet room as requested at time of booking. The AC is modern and QUIET and works efficiently. The room was spacious and clean. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on it. We will come here again.

We liked that staff read and satisfied our request for a quiet room and managed to give us the same room we had during a previous visit. The AC is a modern window unit, that is very quiet and efficient. We are glad that there is attention to that in a hotel. Most hotels in this price range often have window units that are extremely noisy and very inefficient. The room was clean, parking was easy, the windows managed to isolate from the outside noise well enough. We didn't have breakfast at the property so we cannot comment on that. If only the door to the corridor where noise insulated... ;)

We had a great stay at this Best Western. I had a couple of doctors appointments and they were able to work around my appointment times with a late check out and a possible extra day. Breakfast was good and the suite was amazing!

I've stayed here about 4 times in the past few years. Always loved it as it was clean, nice and dog friendly. However, the room they gave us this time had a king sized bed with the biggest sag in the middle that neither of us, nor the dog could avoid the middle! Two people and a dog sleeping in the middle of a king sized bed makes for a very uncomfortable night!
