Wintery weekend
Cosy little place for a couples weekend away. The fire was pre lit which made it extra cosy and warm on a very wintery weekend. A few cobwebs and spiders were spotted, and the pillows could do with being replaced but all in all a lovely little place.

Absolutely delightful stay. Definitely plan your meals if you will be in at dinner time, but the staff is delightful and the property is nestled in a quiet stretch of gorgeous walkable countryside. No doubt it is the luck of the draw if other guests are loud, but I had a lovely and restful stay and a killer breakfast and met some amazing doggos.

Ginni was very kind and helpful. The atmosphere in the room was wonderful, they had lit the fireplace prior to our arrival and the room was toasty and perfect. We had to leave before the tea room officially opened, but they let us get coffee and cake early. Would stay there again, and would bring friends!

The location was abit remote The room was full of flies when entering The bed needs a new mattress as you both roll into center And you have to take your own bedding towels ect and cook your own breaky as well I did know 3 days before going Hotels . Com never gave this info

Wonderful to be in Paradise!
Another wonderful stay in Paradise - cannot recommend this gorgeous spot enough. It is isolated, make sure you bring your supplies with you, but with cooking and refrigeration facilities provided it’s perfect. Rural bliss, a walkers/cyclists dream, switch off from the stresses of normal life and relax! Wi-fi available though of course, so you can still keep up if you need to. Ginni is a perfect host, help if needed, always with a smile, but left to yourself if you prefer. A gorgeous tea room, loads of outside space in good weather, cosy fireside cuppas if not! Fabulous fabulous fabulous retreat from the world in stunning surroundings.

No sink in the kitchen not stated. No cleaning stuff. Place was dirty the floor not cleaned since for ever. The shower full of mold! Some of the glasses were put away dirty. No one to check you in self check in but not easy to know this !

The property was very clean and felt covid safe. The ordered breakfast provisions were plentiful and good quality. The open tread staircase to the bathroom was very steep and open on one side. Amazing walking in the area, but the road up is very narrow and steep which makes arriving in a vehicle interesting!!

The location is on the Cleaveland Way and as such is fantastic as stopping point. The tea room and court yard is charming and food good which serves hot and cold food and drink. Breakfast if ordrred was self cook but with one small frying pan and basic hob slowed down our morning walk alot. Plus as we stayed and paid for two nights was a bit upset at day two's breakfast not being provided. Plus communication is poor, called twice and made to feel like it was an incovienience, have sent 3 emails but had no reply either before or after stay only automated ones. Room cleanliness could have also been better. Recommend using camp site and saving what money whilst getting same experience.

Great stay, perfect location for the Cleveland Way
Absolutely lovely stay for 1 night whilst walking the Cleveland Way, perfect location, quirky and just great. Ginni left us an abundance of food for our evening meal and our breakfast which we cooked ourselves on the little stove. Delicious.

Great retreat especially for walkers, mountain bikers and people who love the piece and quiet Spacious rooms with all the facilities. Lovely welcoming and the staff can’t do enough to make you welcome. The homemade cakes are 👌

exciting and cosy working farm
Brilliant stay and Farmer Tony was excellent with the kids showing them all sorts of things around the farm. Saw so many animals Even a horse having shoes fitted! Really close to walks and Sutton Bank. Had a wonderful time and would recommend to anyone.

WOW Where do I start.
When booking I thought rooms were quite expensive but I was using the Tesco clubcard vouchers so this vastly reduced the cost. How wrong was I. The rooms and farm itself are worth every penny and more.

idyllic farm , cosy rooms a real retreat
We were walking the Cleveland Way and decided to stay here first night - after a long day of walking and arriving later than expected (And soaking wet) we were welcomed with a log burner and carrot cake ! We had missed the tea rooms being open but the lovely lady offered to get us fish and chips from nearby town - the rooms are lovelY and cosy and staff very helpful !! The farm itself is idyllic- animals everywhere! Perfect place to go for walking and getting away from it all - there was even ear plugs in the room just in case the cockerel decides to wake everyone up !

A lot to offer
A great spot and convenient for both walkers or people with their own transport. It is a working farm so be prepared for early morning noises - roosters crowing at daybreak etc. Hosts are friendly and obliging. Our room had hotplates, a 'fridge, sink and microwave, so self-catering is quite easy.

Fantastic place to stay our 2nd night on the Cleveland way and after a 17 mile walk it was fantastic to be great with a beer and told our gorgeous spag Bol was on the stove ready to reheat, definitely recommend this place 100%

Right on the Cleveland Way which I was walking. Ginny was lovely and helpful. It is self catering, but you can arrange for food in the fridge for breakfast. I also asked for an evening meal and arrived to the aroma of a Bolognese sauce in the slow cooker - most welcome after a long hike. The views are very pretty and their are lots of animals on the farm - goats, ducks, horses and hens roaming about the farmyard.

Quick overnight stay with family.
The owners were lovely when we eventually found them. Lovely tour around their small holding. We had a quick visit to Yorkshire overnight and found this property near to Helmsley. Set up for walkers and hikers. The communal seating area in the courtyard was lovely and enjoyed having our breakfast al fresco.
Wild Goose nest room for three of us.
The fire is very easy to use and very warm.

A friendly and very busy family working hard to run this lovely farm. Basic but cosy. Super comfy bed and loads of breakfast! Sausages are great! Has rakes of rustic charm.

Can't wait to go back to Paradise!
This is our second visit to High Paradise Farm in as many weeks and we would go straight back too if we had the chance, it is a slice of paradise, hidden away from the world! We stayed in The Dairy and, with it's cooking facilities, (small oven/hob combo, fridge & microwave plus utensils, etc), we were able to cater for ourselves in the evening, as well as being able to enjoy a breakfast sarnie, a light lunch, or a scone and cuppa in the afternoon at the tearoom. Best of all worlds. The Dairy is great, as you have your bedroom and shower room, along with a large lounge area, complete with wood burner making it very cosy on the chilly evenings. Remember to take a fleece or jumper for evenings, as you are as high up in the hills as you can be, so it is a few degrees colder, even on the hottest days. Ginni is a very welcoming host, nothing is too much trouble and we felt really at home. Added to this is the absolutely stunning scenery on the doorstep and too many walks to fit into just one trip, easy to do with your OS map to hand. If you want to get away from life for a little while, this should be top of your list - just remember to take everything you think you'll need, as there's no corner shop here! Just gorgeous.

Ginnie and Siobhan were very welcoming and relaxed despite being very busy. It was a delightful stay and we would definitely go back. Her dogs are fantastic and we miss them already! Look out for Sausage! The food is absolutely fantastic and so was Ginnies homemade gin !!!

Fab! Amazing location and great staff
What a wonderful place - beautiful location, lovely atmosphere, the kids thought it was the best place on Earth with all the dogs, sheep, baby goats etc. Lovely accommodation with a fab shower & comfy beds and we loved the tea rooms. Highly recommended!

Great B&B out in the countryside
We had a lovely stay at this B&B, which is very peacefully situated in the North Yorkshire moors countryside. The accommodation provided was in a separate annexe and was extremely quite and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Traditional Farmhouse Accommodation
A warm welcome from Ginny starts your adventure in this amazing, if not a little quirky, Farmhouse. We stayed in Drovers room. Had 2 nights brilliant sleep and there is a full choice for breakfast. Wish we had more time to take in the surrounding areas. The views from the track up to the hotel are breath taking and that you might come across, any of a whole range of wildlife, just a bonus.

Interior decore gives new meaning to the idea of bits & bobs ..... upon arrival things look like what you would expect at a farmland B&B; but then you find you're on a little journey of discovery that is really great fun! Add to that the fact that things are done right (but with a gentle spirit of cleverness) and you have a very enjoyable / refreshing experience.

Perfect for the Cleveland Way
High Paradise sits right on the Cleveland Way so is the perfect stop over - walking to Osmotherley the next day is an easy few hours walk. I was made to feel so welcome and the room was so comfy, I would absolutely go back and would recommend it to others. Useful to know that dinner can be ordered from the teashop menu, which is really handy as there's not much else nearby! You can also buy anything else you want from the teashop - a cold beer was definitely welcome after a day on the road...

Great Stay
Excellent stay. Breakfast was first class. When they found they didn't have something they made sure it was there the next day. Staff were very friendly, jovial and accommodating. The location is a bit out of the way but if you like walks the views are amazing. Would recommend this farm house to anybody wanting to get away from it all for some peace and quiet.
