Nice Roadside Motel
This is a roadside motel, with rooms around $50. For $50, you get a door with 3 locks, new sinks, a good bed, and air conditioning. The service was exceptional and I felt safe. If you are a nervous person, or get frightened by weird motel guests, then pay 3x the price and stay somewhere else. You get what you pay for. While the motel was nice, Hotels.com could not have been more of a pain. Website didn't work with my gift-card, waited 90 minutes on hold, for someone from a 3rd party call center to say "Try the website again" and then tell me "please hurry up I can't stay on this call". Seriously, that actually happened. Hotels.com's "secret deal" was to discretely book me into a smoking-allowed Queen room without warning me before the purchase. The front desk attendant was nice enough to upgrade me to a King non-smoking room at no charge which was incredibly nice. I would stay here again just to support the owners of the motel. Hotels.com/Expedia is a cut-rate scam of a company. Don't use them, just book directly with Motel 6, it'll be the same price and Hotels.com won't swindle money away from the owners.

Never again!!
The room was dirty. The TV didn't work well. Bedding wasn't clean. Bathroom door was badly broken. Shower curtain rod was not secure. Smoke detector not on ceiling where it should have been. All in all the room wasn't worth the money spent.
This is where the smoke detector was.

Back to bathroom door is broken bad.

Feel swindled by hotel personel ..
Requested early checkin before stay was booked and gave debit card info.on day of arrival was told room was not ready .and wont be for another 3 hrs..i explained this was a pre arrangement. For this early checkin room.was told if i want room right now.i have to pay for a more expensive room.i was put in a corner so paid for a more expensive room.not cool

The hallway to the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke despite being listed as non-smoking. All the doors were in terrible shape. The linens were a bit dirty. The pillows were ridiculous.

Definitely Worth The Price!
For the price, you couldn’t beat it! Convenient location. I’ve stayed here before and I’ll stay here again. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, fast food, gas stations etc.

I booked two rooms a week in advance . Two smoking rooms !! I called on the day of to tell them what time I would get there. I call at check in time ! They tell me okay but they have one smoking room left . I said I booked this one week ago and he said he will have one ! I get there and the manager said he has one smoking room ! Now it’s 10:30 at night and we tired from driving . We drove from N. C . My husband and our grown 31 year old daughter had to sleep in a queen bed cause they messed up the reservation! He said he had a room but no tv and it was non smoking! The bathroom tub was not clean and the blankets and sheets was stained and burned holes in them. I asked for a cot he said he did not have one. I asked for blankets , he did not have any! I did not have towels He gave me one . No ashtray in a smoking room ! He did not care!! I would not recommend this place as a homeless shelter!! It’s a disgrace for a hotel !!! Very poor service for a business!!!!!Hotels make money and they should clean and fix them up !! Nobody want to pick up germs while we just want to lay our heads down for some rest !!?

Great motel
Excellent staff, super helpful, quiet place to stay and friendly guests. Very affordable and the amenities are nice. Would recommend any newcomers in the area that need a place to stay here.

Below even the expectations for a Motel 6
In a lifetime of taking whimsical road trips and staying in everything from a truck stop rent a shower to $500 a night concierge suites, I have never been in a room this filthy or poorly maintained. All I was expecting was a clean, bare minimum, Motel 6. This did not meet even those low expectations. The lobby is fine. Frayed carpet, no biggie. The front desk employees wore their masks under their chins. The elevator smelled of urine and had sticky filth on the floor. The hallway carpet was stiff with dirt. The doors of the rooms are buckled and chipped, some with aged hand written notes on them about the maintenance needs of the room. There was hair stuck to the wall over the toilet, sprays of soda/coffee (I hope) stains on the wall in the bathroom and main room. There was one towel and the desk informed us there were no more. The floor was buckled and filthy vinyl. The furniture had holes in the fiberboard, some patched with hot glue. The curtain rod was partially detached from the wall.

The floor in the room had not been mopped in a long time and had crumbs and dirt all over the floor. And cigarette burns in the blankets. Our first hotel had lost our reservation and would not let us check in after midnight. This hotel let us check in late which was nice.

hotel did not give you a key card to get into your room had to be buzzed into room, Door hinge was broken reveiling the room from the outside. Hotel was not safe or clean.. attendant didn't wear a face covering when showing us the room that didn't have key card... will not recommend had to stay at another hotel ..

Housekeeping barged into the room early in the morning. They came almost four times asking us if they could come in to clean before we were ready to leave. Asked for an extra blanket the night before and received a blanket that had cigarette Burns all in it had to bring it back to the front desk.

I checked in but never stayed the front desk employee didn’t have a mask on was coughing I didn’t feel comfortable so I didn’t even goto my room I just left. And went else where.

Week stay. Room was cleaned every other day. Door card stopped working and the electronic lock somehow broke one day. Had to climb through window with employee permission. Mostly quiet place though it attracts illegal behavior because of the price. Busy Mexican restaurant next door is convenient.
