Toilets needed to be cleaner, especially subsequent cleans. Staff at reception were really nice and happy to have a chat. Pool area nice too.

We got in late, and they were great to work with us, and shuttle us from the casino out to our villa and back again in the morning for breakfast. The reception at the casino called one of the restaurants in house and asked them if they could stay open and make us some food, since we hadn't been able to eat since that morning. The reception at the villas worked with us on our check out since we had to go pick up our hired car, and we got back a little later than check out time. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. We got some really helpful information from Matt, our shuttle driver, about places to see and where to eat. Overall, a fabulous stay. Would definitely recommend, and definitely stay here again!

The rooms are well overdue for an update. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, no support in it at all. Woke up with very sore neck and headache both mornings. Bolters Bar and Grill where excellent.

The villa unit we stayed in was delightfully placed next to the greens, welcomed by 3 ducks wanting food and surrounded by native hens and plovers. This quiet location would be great for a 'getaway', 'recharge' break!

We have stayed in Launceston many times and this is a favourite spot The tvs were a bit on the small side and some minor problems with hair dryers and power points Still a very nice place to stay

The villas were a bit outdated but were clean and warm . There was free washing machines which was a bonus . There was a playground close by that my toddler liked .
