Our property does have 1 room that is stair-free and another 3 that only have a short flight of stairs to gain entrance, so that we can cater to people with mobility needs. Unfortunately, as you pointed out, our 2 bedroom townhouses are not suitable for anyone who is unable to navigate stairs. We are glad that the only con you could name was "a long bow"... and we hope to accommodate you next time you're in Launceston. Take care.
