Very run down place, very noisy with loud trucks revving engines, BUGS WERE IN THE ROOM. I saw several of them and got up at 4:30 to get the hell out of there. I would never, ever stay there again or recommend it to anyone. It was one of the worst experiences AND the room rate/taxes were over $100. "Lobby" had a glass plate where you had to place your id, etc. under the glass as if they had to protect themselves from bad people. I can't find words to say how completely terrible and run down this nightmare of a place was.

I stay in a lot of hotels around the country. I'm not looking for perfect when I book a room. This hotel was half the price, and even though the outside isn't very appealing, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was surprisingly quiet.

What you pay for is what you get. The room was clean, then bedding was clean, no weird smells or stains. The bathroom had clearly had work done and left kind of unfinished (in the like finishing touches kind of way). Every time we used the light in the bathroom the vent would somehow pull in marijuana smoke scented air. There was a lot of foot traffic past our room while we were there in the evenings and at night. The staff was very nice and helpful even when I was dumb.

We checked into our room and immediately was greeted by the smell of literal FEET. Then, as we started shaking the bed sheets to check for bed bugs, we saw what seemed to be a blood stain on the pillow. The room was far from clean and they didn’t even bother restocking towels and toilet paper. We tried to stick it out but we ended up leaving at 4 AM. Do not waste your money here. Another thing they didn’t mention was a $50 deposit on top of the price of the room.

I booked this room for my mother for Mother’s Day. She arrived there the day of the check in and was told there was no room booked for her. I have the confirmation, she had the reservation number and all. She was also instructed that she would need to make a deposit to stay the night that could be returned the next morning. Horrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel

Do not stay here.
If I could - I would give zero star to this hotel. I was staying in room 102: Mold in the bathroom; Smell in the room; Cockroaches on the floor; sheets are clean but with holes.

The owners/managers were very nice and understood when I called to say we'd arrive late. The building and other guests were not what I would have expected from Days Inn. The bed was comfortable, but the toilet bowl was gross under the rim. The carpet was dirty, not with stains but rolled dust balls sticking out from under the bed that weren't vacuumed up.

Stay elsewhere- they tried but failed
Before I begin my review, I must commend the gentleman who checked me in. He was flying solo and did eveything in his power to help. None of the following review is directed towards nor the result of his actions. He did his best. I can not overstate my disappointment with this property and the quality of my stay. First- check in was through the night security window at 3pm. There is no access to the lobby, nor any amenities available. No coffee, no breakfast, no pool, nothing. After checking in, the room was next. The room was located on the back of the property, which butts up against 95. All night I was kept awake by semis on the highway. There was also obvious drug use and two individuals tweaking outside of the rooms made me change my plans so I wasnt coming back after dark. The room was dirty. I found 35cents on the floor, the room reeked of smoke, and there was one clean towel and one dirty towel in the bathroom. The phone had a film on it and the soap dish was filthy. The chairs had ground in dirty between the seat and seat back, the window sill had dead flies, and the air condition blew dust out of the draperies. It just seems that the property is not maintained well, most likely because of staffing concerns. Not sure what the fix is, but I will not be booking a Days Inn or Wyndham property again. Between the misleading post and the underwhelming experience, I can not in good conscious recommend this property.

Great location right off 95 with many restaurants nearby. Too a little dated but good deal for the price. Take the time to drive to the University for excellent dinner options.

Hôtel degueulasse. Wifi qui ne fonctionne pas, vieux tapis, vieux mobilier, vieux couvre-lits. Aucun déjeuner inclus malgré ce qui était écrit mais c’est probablement mieux comme ça après avoir vu l’endroit. Paye près de 200$ pour une nuit, quel vol!

This was an unsafe and gross motel. The rooms were unclean and there were dead bugs in the bathroom and bedroom. It smelled. And there were no housekeeping services available. We were in the room for all of 4 minutes and requested a full refund. We left immediately.

False advertising, it states they serve breakfast but when we got there we were told the lady that prepares the breakfast caught COVID the same week and won’t be in for several days. Well, we should have read the prior reviews-she hasn’t been in since Covid-19’s started, in fact if you check you will see that they’re still offering breakfast. And the room smell like cigarettes. And where’s the gym?

Awful. Even if low maintenance dont stay hwre.
Horrible. I'm not a princess and have stayed in many questionable places but this one takes the cake. Typically think of days inn and wyndham as better than a motel 6 and a step above, not in this case. When we showed up at 6pm there were minimal cars in parking lot and random men hanging out. We were watched walking to our room and felt unsafe on girls trip. Room Dirty, run down, comforters looked like they were from the 70s. Weird smell to room. We asked that evening to cancel rest of stay and moved to la quinta across rhe road (amazing!). Talked with front desk for over 10 minutes and were told "probably next 2 nights would be reimbursed but to call hotels.com". 40 minute frustrating call to hotels.com where they tried to reach out to hotel (finally did reach front desk guy) which ended with "you need to talk to the hotel" in morning. Call to hotel in morning - call back at 10am. Ginally got manager at 10 who credited room.
