Staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. Cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. There was a cherry tomato, a dead fly and some food crumbs in pretty plain sight in the kitchen.

Excellent stay. People at front desk warm and inviting on check in check out. Room lovely and large. Only problem was shampoo and body wash dispensers in shower both empty. Breakfast very nice, better than most! Coffee good and coffee very important :)

I was unhappy that our bed seemed rather small for what was supposed to be a Queen sized bed. A few things left is sceptical of the cleanliness. There was a random wash cloth left on the shower head which neither of us were certain why it was there. The vents showed dirt smudges. Staff was extremely friendly though. The items mentioned were not brought to their attention, they were observed and made our stay less than stellar.

Got there after 4pm. They said room wasn't ready. Check in was advertised as 3pm. Supposed to have queen size bed. It was full size. There were three little league teams staying there. They were throwing trash everywhere. Nothing against kids, they were not supervised by parents.

Great Stay
My entire travel experience from Texas was a disaster due to weather. So by the time I arrived to the hotel, I had been up almost 24 hours, no food, no drink. Ashley greeted me and was pleasant, accommodating and nice. I originally was going to stay until Saturday but I needed to extend but there were no more rooms so I had to check out. However, Ashley did everything to make my stay comfortable providing water and hot pockets which for me after the day I had was like a luxury meal. She also allowed me to send her my boarding info to print so I could get a rental car (o yea, my other rental had a flat). I would stay again. Great stay.

I great find hidden in an industrial area. The front-end staff, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When we checked in, our room had an incredibly loud AC unit. We were moved quickly to another room. The accommodations are great and the room comfortable. a great stay overall.

Nice hotel equipped with everything we needed. The pool and gym were nice and clean. The included breakfast was good. Staff members are all friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Front desk staff member Taneese was really nice. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and pleasant. Really appreciate their hard work and attentiveness. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great Stay
Checked in a little early, and Tenice and Anthony at the front desk were efficient, pleasant and friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and pool was warm enough to be pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

First time at a Home2Suited
First time at any Hotel2suites; spacious rooms, great to have a full kitchen & fridge & even the light preventing blinds got me to sleep the entire night. Very fast elevators were good to have as well. Hallways were quiet. Only real complaint we had was the breakfast. Very little in the way of breakfast choices & that was when we got down there 1 hour after breakfast started. Bagels or egg sandwiches. It lacked either a breakfast meat or potato.
