나는 추천합니다
숙소 분위기를 신경쓴게 느껴졌음 건물내에프론트가 없고 가든 쪽으로 걸어가서 열쇠를 받아야했던게 조금 힘들었음 숙소내에 사람이 없다보니 고급스런 귀족집같은 느낌인데 살짝 귀신나올 것 같은 느낌도 들어서 색다름 하지만 인테리어가 너무너무너무 예쁨.. 주방도 예쁘고 ..본인이 묵었던 방은 다른 방보다 좀 작은편이었지만 그래도 아이슬란드 숙소 중에는 제일 괜찮았던 숙소

I did not like the apartment at all. The door handle fell off into two pieces one on the bathroom side and other on the bedroom side of the door. I got locked in the bathroom and my wife on the bedroom side. Took us 15 or 20 minutes to put the handle together thru the hole for the handle and to get it working again. The TV did not work at all!! No breakfast was offered. I did not not see or talk to a live person. Only furnished us a combination to the apartment by text message. Terrible experience. Expedia should not list the apartment to your customers. Terrible!!!!!

Excellent place to stay in Akureyri. Easy parking. Right in downtown and a few minutes walking to all the best places to eat. Rooms are a bit small but very clean.

The building suffers from an enormous amount of deferred maintenance. We booked and paid for two nights, but left after the first night because of the moldy wall in the bathroom. The sofa in our room was something from a flea market probably. Peeling wallpaper and general dilapidated condition.

Kósi umhverfi og staðsetning frábær. Gangur og krókur þurfti á ryksugu að halda. Það vantar hengi fyrir utanyfir fötin inni á herbergi. Sturtan var biluð en viðbrögð voru til fyrirmyndar. Kaffikannan í sameiginlegu rými var rúsínan í pylsuendanum. Prik fyrir hana :)

Would never use this place ever again
There was absolutely no check in at all, the front door was not even locked, open at all hours even during the night!! Got to my room and it was unlocked... And key just on the table. Absolutely anyone could have gone in there before my arrival. There was no controller for the TV, I turned it on manually and there were no channels, just nothing. Shower was a joke took forever to adjust temperature.. The only thing I enjoyed was the bed, it was good linen and comfortable but that's about it. I. Will. Never. Stay. There. Again. EVER

Pick a Different Hotel
You have to check-in at a different location. No mention of this on Hotels com, no email from the hotel, no notice posted at hotel. When someone showed up, he was rude. Insisted I didn't read my emails. Said he would return with informational "folder" and he did not. Hotels.com website lists 24-hr front desk service. NOT TRUE. Room smelled. Bathroom smelled even worse. Bathroom sink malfunctioned giving only scalding hot water. No cold. Shower was ok. Hope you have better luck if you stay here than we did. I will be having words with Hotels.com.

This guesthouse is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops which was perfect for us because we did not rent a car. There is also free wifi and a kitchen for all guests to use. The only downside was the TV. The TV had 4 working channels, but 3 of the 4 channels were the same channel so we really only had 2 channels. Check-in was also a little confusing but the staff worked hard to get us in a room.

Il n'y a pas de réception il faut appeler sur l'interphone, puis finalement une personne est venue d'un autre gesthouse nous donner les les Clés. Nous devions avoir une chambre vue ville, finalement au rez vue sur un mur. Le pdj est un bag dans le gest house ou nous rendre au gestHouse Akuery pour prendre le déjeuner, très bien¨! Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre mentionnée mais celle ci était correct et propre.Parking devant le guesthouse

Comfy bed, great location, cute guesthouse
The guesthouse is really cute and close to everything. Bedroom was cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was ok but we didn’t realize towels were NOT provided so that was a bummer. Also, we weren’t informed that you have to check in at a different location. Luckily another person staying there pointed us in the right direction. Check in was easy and staff were really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Was an OK stay. The room was clean--only complaint about that is the pillows had 0 support. We didn't receive any information ahead of time about how to check in so we had no idea that you had to go to a different building. When we went to check in we were charged, when we already paid through Expedia. When I showed the girl our receipt her mood changed and she seemed really skeptical and told me to come back and talk to the manager. We went back and the manager said he refunded our card and gave us one morning of free breakfast. The manager said that Expedia never sent them the paperwork that they were supposed to so that's why it showed on their computer we should be charged. This doesn't really make up for the fact that this was on 12/31 and I still haven't been refunded my money. When I reached out to Expedia the vibe was that they were sticking up for the hotel since we received a free breakfast-- seems kind of backwards to not stick up for someone who's been a client for 5 years. However I have to say, this was my first not stellar Expedia experience. When we got stranded in Akureyri during a snow storm the girl at the desk was very nice and gave us our room back for the price that was listed on Expedia.

Cozy Raven Guesthouse
The staff were very helpful. The guesthouse is comfortable and in an excellent location. Difficult to do much cooking, but a small shared kitchen. Check in at a different location, in the evening - several blocks away. The single beds were adjustable and the coffee was very good.

Thank you to all the staff here. I had an amazing 3 days stay in Akureyri. I had high fever on the day before check-out and my flight is 7pm on the next day. Because i was severely ill ,i can go nowhere. The cleaning lady said yes without thinking much when i requeted to stay in the room till my flight. Even though she cant speak fluent english,she always tried her best to let me understand. I was deeply touched by her act. She definitely is the warmest person i have ever met in iceland. Yes,the people here are too nice. I will definitely come again.

Cozy Raven Guesthouse
Excellent location and a beautiful guesthouse. The staff were very helpful and solved an issue promptly. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, nice to have access to a small kitchen. The only thing would have been nice to know: arriving after 5pm I had to walk several blocks to another hotel to check in.

Hotel is very neat and comfortable. But we had to walk to a different place to check-in and get our room keys, that's the only issue for us as it was very cold outside. Otherwise, we had a great time and the staff were very friendly. Kitchen is good too.

No one there to check us in, couldn't get in room
There was no one at the hotel when we arrived to check in. We called the number posted and were not able to reach anyone. We waited nearly an hour and no one showed up or answered the phone. We reached out to hotels.com for support. They also called the hotel, and still no one came to check us in. Hotels.com told me my rate was non-refundable and it would be the hotel's discretion to refund me. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel close by. I never heard from the hotel or hotels.com to help reach a resolution and have still not been refunded.

Iceland's best!
This was my favorite Guesthouse in Iceland! Such a bargain for what you get. My room was huge, with a private room bathroom. The location was convenient for walking to all of the city sites. My favorite thing about this guesthouse was the unique style and decor. If I were to list a negative, you can hear the other guests in the common areas. That being said, the noise stopped at an acceptable hour. Highly recommended!

Disappointed
The check in was at another building rather far away from the guest house judging by the weather conditioning. Even the friendliest staff cannot make up for the fact that the room needs to be renovated. Free offer for breakfasts, which was nice, but i won't want to stay for another night.

A working farm with a horse-centric feel. Very small rooms with no TV but a beautiful lobby and delicious meals. Attentive staff, clean private baths, great beds and a very quiet location added up to a nice surprise.

Stylish and unique hotel. The location is very good, right next to the city center. The room was a little on the small side and stuffy, and the shower needs to be repaired. There is a tiny kitchen you can use. Overall a nice enough stay for one night.

Pretty location, but mold in bathroom
Hrafninn looked nice enough, and they originally sent us to a room upstairs that seemed beautiful. Then they said there was a mistake, and we had to go to room #2 on their lower floor. The main bedroom was fine, but the bathroom had a strong moldy smell, and also no shelf or counter to put any bathroom stuff on.

Perfect city center location
We had a lovely stay at Hrafninn. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city on foot. They accommodated our late arrival with no problem, and there was plentiful parking in the lot in front of the unit.

Nice hotel on the main street
Easy to get everywhere, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Parking is a bit confusing (as others have mentioned); it is behind the hotel. Also, as others have said, we never saw anyone on staff; our room binder with keys was waiting at the reception desk when we arrived. Nice room, comfy bed.
