Um dia havemos de voltar...
O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e muito agradável. Da janela podíamos observar o Mosteiro de Alcobaça e a iluminação de Natal à sua volta. O pequeno almoço também foi bom.

Très bien.
Accueil très aimable par personnel francophone. Grande chambre confortable et calme. Petit déjeuner buffet. Vue imprenable sur le monastère.

Nice, basic hotel in excellent location. Smelled a little funny but otherwise no complaints. Breakfast was adequate and coffee was good.

Great location and views
The location could not be beat. Right across from the Monistrary. The bells rang til 10, which concerned us. We thought maybe they went all night. Parking cost to stay onsite but is free for the hotels lot up the hill. Easy walk to free parking and it seems secure. Hotel condition? Picture a beatire hotel from the early 70s and then only use half the lights. Bed was ok. Pillows were too soft and didn't support your head, even when folded.

NO AIRCONDITIONING + NO HOT WATER+STENCH SMELL
We got to the room assigned to us and the Air Conditioning was not working at all. We were assigned to another room and again the Air Conditioning was not working, despite the fact that we were told on both occasions that they were previously working - when not sure, maybe last year!!! The front office clerk, Ugo, tried to convince us that they were working in the past, but unfortunately we do not live in the past. We were told that the Air Conditioning company was to come the next day to look at our 2nd room unit, that did not work and had to sleep with the windows wide open of which a small bird flew in the middle of the night....We left in the morning with the fan on in hopes that the Air Conditioning company would fix it and to our dismay, when we got back in, it smelled like a dead rat/fish rottened in the room....Again, for the 3rd time, we complained, it was 10:30PM and told that the hotel was full and when we persisted that we do not sleep in a room with that smell in it, they found us another room, the 3rd room in 1.5 days....I know Ugo, the front office clerk tried his best but not telling us the truth and accommodating us properly from the first time was disappointing. Apparently the owners of the hotel were there and never appeared once to explain it to us. OH, forgot to mention, that we also ran out of hot water in the 3rd room they gave us . Not recommendable to say the least....

Quarto completamente antigo, com camas sem conforto algum. Amenities muito fracas para um hotel 3 estrelas, apenas gel de duche e sabonete do mais barato que existe no mercado. O comando do ar condicionado e da televisão são nos dado no check-in e têm de ser devolvidos no check-out, mostrando uma total confiança nos hospedes! A televisão dos dois quartos pareciam monitores de computador e à distância que estavam da cama mal se conseguia ver.

Le premier 'accueil a été convenable. La chambre est assez spacieuse mais avec très peu de rangements , idem pour la salle de bain sans aucune étagère ni placard Les petits dejeuners est très moyen avec des jus de fruits chimiques et du pain surgelé. Par contre nous avons été très déçus par l'attitude de la direction de l'hôtel .Nous devions rester 6 nuits Malheureusement dès le second jour de notre arrivée, je me suis cassée la cheville. Nous avons donc dû changer notre billet d'avion et averti l'hôtel de notre départ . Le réceptionniste nous a demandé notre RIB pour un remboursement. Comme nous n'avions pas nouvelles et que l'hôtel ne répondait pas à mon mail j'ai contacte Hotel'com . La réponse à été que l'hôtel Santa Maria ne remboursait pas . Je pense qu ils auraient pu faire un geste , au moins les petits déjeuners ...et au moins nous le dire en face

The staff was GREAT. Our air conditioner in our room broke and they had us in a new room in short time. The breakfast on site was very good! There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance for dinner. It's a very clean and safe town. It's an older hotel but very clean.

I really felt scared with this booking.WE did not realize, that the hotel was in another city, even though we asked for Fatima. Hotels.com already had my credit card, but insisted to add a new one!? We also had to pay again on checking. I will have to check the credit card

Nas últimas duas vezes que fiquei neste hotel foi decepcionante. Em Dezembro tive de mudar de quarto porque o quarto estava cheio de humidade onde a água corrida pelo muro. Desta vez , um quarto situado a escassos 4 metros da estrada, com os motores do AC no muro colados na cabeceira da cama. Pedi para mudar de quarto, negaram.. com o hotel vazios.
