My key card wouldn't work to my room. They chose to wait and fix it tomorrow. 1 wash wrag. No pamplets of the area. Charged more than advertised. Then accidentall charged an extra item.

We arrived and had to call the number to the hotel to get someone to the front desk after 15 minutes of standing there and saying hello tapping on the desk. (We thought & were concerned something happened to the clerk). We got them on the phone she finally came to the desk. Then she couldn’t communicate well to explain anything to us. She offered a double bed after we reserved a king bed we said no we wanted what we reserved then she went on the elevator then came back started yelling across the lobby & hall way on first floor a another persons name then said we can go upstairs with her and she can see if a room was clean (multiple times of her trying to explain this to us with SEVERE language barrier) Finally we go up stairs with her she found a clean room we checked with her we went back down and was able to check in about an hour after arrival! The clerk had bad attitude along with her inability to explain the exact situation to us. (Attitude b4 any vrbl comm) The bathrooms in the lobby were nasty and no soap or paper towels to was our hands after using toilet. Our room offered only 2 towels 1 wash cloth no shampoo or soap for shower diaper sets empty. The room did appear clean thankfully. This is not the experience we wanted and do not recommend staying at this location. We will not be eating the “complimentary” breakfast bc of fear the food might be spoiled or not prepared in a cleanly manner - again lobby restrooms are nasty! Thanks but no thanks.

This hotel was a dump. Outside and lobby was nice but as soon as I got in the room it smelt awful. Towels and wash cloths were stained. Showered nozzle was partially broken as was the toilet paper holder.

Check in was 3pm. The room wasn't ready until 6pm. After driving 9 hours I was waiting in the hallway for the room to be ready and my dinner got cold. Not happy.

This hotel was one of the cleanest and nicest hotels, on the road, we have stayed. The beds were superior, they have an excellent included breakfast, and the staff was fantastic. Definitely would book there again if in the area.

I had a good stay at the Quality Inn, there was just some craftsmanship issues with the room. Not problems, but weird baseboards and stuff not lining up or having gaps, crooked tv, but the room was clean. I had a room with a door to connect to the adjacent room, and unfortunately I could hear all of their conversations, coughing, all of it. It’s a good place for a really quick stay.

The property and room were in great shape. The staff was nice. I got in late and left early so I didn't use any of the amenities offered. I would stay here again.

Upon unpacking our stuff realized the smoke detector was ripped off wall. In order for my door to close I had to use the dead bolt or the door would just push open. There was no light in bathroom and when the front desk girl came with lightbulb it was the wrong bulb and she said its all she had. We were tired and over driving or I would have left and fought for a return of our money.

Got to our first room the door would not lock. The security lock was also broken. Moved rooms and that door would not lock either had go back down to the desk again and she came to reset the door thank goodness we noticed it didn’t lock because someone else tried to get in our room at 2am and we continued to hear them opening other doors all down the hall. There was also a dirty wash rag in the shower and no shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the room. The elevator smelt like weed and had feces on the floor. Breakfast was crowded with homeless people loading up their plates then heading out the front door. That reminds me we saw a lady with a shopping cart go to a room across the hall then ping pong room to room checking to see what doors where unlocked and entered a room one time coming out with a donut in hand from some else’s room. The fact all the rooms are unlocked means you have no idea who has laid in your bed before you got there. I’m wondering if the quality Inn is actually the Crestview homeless shelter.

Don't stay here....
Missing smoke detector, wire hanging out of wall. Lights not working. Had to slam doors closed due to misalignment. Front desk was unmanned every time we went down. We had to call from our cells to ask for the room to be cleaned. Missing soap and shampoo from dispensers. Trash laying in the hall for 4 days. 80% of the channels on the TV were unavailable. The water in the shower took literally 20 minutes to get hot every time you turned it on.

An average chain motor inn. Room was clean and comfortable. Paper products were a bit flimsy. NO HOT WATER! That is a deal breaker. Will not be returning.

Overall great value for money. Clean, very comfortable mattress and pillows, great breakfast selection - better than expected. The only negative was shower hot water was barely hot - more like warm. Note: Road construction in front and beside hotel (not their fault) - a bit confusing when entering at night.

minor issues: door would not lock and then once it was corrected the key cards did not work. Went to desk to reset the key cards and they still didn't work, so we just used a buddy system to ensure one of us would be available to open the door. TV remote did not work; had to go to desk twice to get a working remote. Other than that, the hotel was clean and quiet.

Oh my where to begin. First time ever staying in a dog friendly hotel room. The floor had chew marks, the bed comforter had big holes in it. The shower faucet handle was so loose you had to hold with both hands to adjust the water temp. The walls were so thin I could hear my neighbor coughing as well as running water and flushing the toilet. The breakfast buffet, Was not a buffet. 3 items!!! We stayed 6 nights too long. We saw 1 yes 1 staff member the entire week. Never once did we see a cleaning person. We have stayed in Crestview for 7 years now and first time in the hotel and definitely the last. All around terrible!

The lobby is well maintained and presents a good image. Some areas in other parts of the hotel have worn carpets. The room my son and I stayed in was perfectly fine for the 2 of us but the toilet didn't flush consistently.

Coffee in your room, not really.
The personal coffee maker in the rooms is so old school and I couldn't get a second cup to brew until the base "cooled off" I guess. The coffee packages looked like they were aged from all the wrinkles, no condiment pkgs were in my room either. An upgrade would be in keeping up with other hotels.

Beware booking with Hotels.com NO REFUND
This hotel is filthy. We checked in, looked at the room, and immediately went down to talk to the check-in clerk and let him know that we would not be staying and asked for a refund. THREE weeks later, I am still battling hotels.com & the hotel to get my refund. BUY BEWARE!

I had to leave in the middle of the night due to a roach infestation. I called customer relations and no one has got back in contact with me about a refund for this room. When leaving there was no staff st the front desk to speak with as well.

I'm usually a Holiday Inn stop-over, but summer rates are extremely high. Quality sits side by side with Cracker Barrel right opposite of both. Quality isn't as updated, and there is some lack of amenities but overall was worth nearly $60 less. I'll stay here again, but bring my own Sweet n Low and such.
