Hello Good Afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Uriostegui, hope you are doing well today!! I am very sorry for all inconvenience caused during your past stay. I apologize all what had happened on water heater. Unfortunately this items cannot be control, one day to another this fail, or break. We have tried to assist and make this work during the first and second day, unfortunately this broke, and couldn´t get piece damage inmediately. Since you needed to take shower and do laundry, this is the reason I advice I had a property available for you to use only showers and laundry and also have mentioned on text this was dirty. Your answer was this things happens and thank you for solution. I am sorry as I said. I wish I can compensate next time. Please give us another oportunity, I am very sure this won´t happen again. Sincerely!!
