객실은 적당한 크기에, 청결상태도 괜찮았습니다. 욕실은 좀 작은 편입니다. 조식이 너무 간단한 그랩고였습니다. 하지만 직원들은 친절해서 좋았습니다. 주변에 식당도 몇 개 있습니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 입실하자마자 히터를 틀었더니 안 좋은 냄새가 나서 껐습니다. 굳이 난방을 하지 않아도 되는 날씨여서 상관은 없었지만, 에어컨이나 히터를 틀어야 하는 날씨라면 괴로웠을 것 같네요. 개선되면 좋겠습니다. 워싱턴 다운타운까지 메트로 이용해서 총 30~40분 정도 걸립니다. 몇번 이용해 보니 길이 익숙해지긴 했지만, 생각보다는 멀었습니다. 하지만 워낙 저렴하니 나쁘지 않은 선택입니다.

옆에 trail 로 가면 이스트 폴 처치역까지걸어서 10분이 안걸립니다. 거기서 지하철타고 워싱턴 시내로 들어가면 내셔날 몰까지 20분 정도 걸립니다. 워싱턴 지하철은 깨끗하고 안전합니다. (편도 3불 정도) 호텔은 연식은 되었지만 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있으며 아침식사 상당히 괜찮습니다. 1층에 전자레인지 있고 인터넷은 빠릅니다. 주차 공간도 양호하고 차로 10분이면 대형 쇼핑몰인 타이슨 코너.. 그리고 가까운 hmart 까지도 10분 정도 걸립니다. (푸드코트 한식) 그런데 도보로 어디 갈곳은 없습니다. 차 있으신 분에게 추천..

가성비 훌륭
lodge인만큼 호텔과는 다른점이 많지만 가격을 감안하면 상당히 관리가 잘되어있음 위치도 적당해서 metro역까지 성인걸음으로 5분 거리이며 dc의 주요시설이 20분 정도면 도착함 일부 시설이 낙후됐다고 생각할 수 있으나 용인할만함 2층이 로비인데 3층건물로 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 들고 오르내려야하지만 이 역시 1층 높이라 감안할 수 있음 4박 투숙했는데 하우스키핑 서비스도 깔끔하고 만족스러웠음

This was a great hotel. The location was very convenient for the trains into DC, only a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Our room on the first floor was clean and tidy when we entered, and everything was as it needed to be. The free breakfast was good, with plenty of options given, and the items were regularly refreshed. My only negative on breakfast was the amount of one use/disposable items, which seemed very wasteful- however I do understand that these equally mean less items to clean or wash from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel, and if I'm back in the area or intending to visit Washington again, I would definitely stay again

We like safe and quiet. However, our refrigerator didn’t work and woke up to food. I did offer to fix it but we didn’t want them to come in the room while we were there. The breakfast room was small and no elevator but the breakfast section was good. We had to ask for new towels. only got one tow per person for two nights. They were accommodating close to the metro station.

Simpel hotel als uitvalsbasis voor Washington DC te bezoeken. Handig dicht bij Metro. Dat is waarschijnlijk ook de reden dat het best prijzig is voor accommodatie. Ontbijt zeer simpel en ontbijtruimte erg klein. Moet vaak wachten tot er plek is. Of je moet om 7.00u willen gaan. Geen drinkwater faciliteiten. Voor faciliteiten is hotel aan prijzige kant, maar wel makkelijk om in DC te komen.

My friends were in town for a week. We did not have air conditioning the entire time we were there. We called everyday and they kept asking if we have the dial on cool. Uh yeah. Then they said unplug the unit and plug it back in. That didn’t work. They couldn’t give us another room because they were sold out. They also said we could open the window. We couldn’t. It was rigged to not be able to open.

We felt very safe in the area. Very close to Metro, maybe a 8 min walk, we have young kids. Hotel was clean. Staff was very helpful in getting around the city. Parking was tight, if you have a bigger vehicle. I have a full size truck, we got in and out but it was hard. The noise from up starts one night was not the best, we could hear just about everything. Thankfully my kids were already asleep. We had food delivery every night which was nice after a long day. Breakfast was OK, the "hot" stuff was not really hot. Also a man was eating at one of the tables with nothing on his feet which was a little gross. My kids actually noticed it first. Should be like any other place to eat, shoes and clothes! Lol We did enjoy our stay and most likely stay there again.

There was not an elevator which was really inconvenient with luggage. The was no sink space. The room was small - NOTHING like the pictures in other reviews. The staff just kind of stared at us and were not all that friendly. We came in from the city around midnight and the guy at the desk was asleep.

This hotel was fine for the most part. It's clean, everything worked. That being said the walls are paper thin. Our neighbors called the front desk to report how loud our TV was (we didn't have the tv on and were watching a youtube video on an iPad). I didn't understand how they could hear it, but the next morning I got it because we heard every word they, and their kid said while they were giving him a bath at 8 in the morning. Then, when we asked for two extra towels, the woman at the front desk acted like we were stealing from her personal stash. Like offended we would even ask. She almost refused to give us the second one. I've never had that issue at another hotel. The air conditioner/heater for the room randomly started rattling and knocking at 5am and we had to turn it off. When we started it again in the daylight it was fine. The night check in guys were friendly and courteous. Overall, not the greatest stay so it'd be hard for me to recommend the place but it was safe and clean and the facilities worked minus the blip with the heater/ac. You're at the mercy of who you get as a neighbor and who is at the front desk though.

Don’t go there! The property is poorly maintained, if at all. My bedsheets had holes in it, the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner had been used. The serving trays didn’t have lids anymore, so they put aluminum foil on it, everybody had to handle the foil. I realized I did not have a microwave in my room. I went to the reception. She said: you should be requested one….

the hotel is overall clean and well maintenaced. the staffs are kind. there are no bed bugs. although they accidentally double charged to me, finally they refund it. its location is also good because it takes 30mins to go to washington dc.

Room was fairly quiet. Not updated. The TV only showed the shows on a tiny portion of the screen. Smelled like mildew so it gave me a headache after awhile. Breakfast in the morning was limited and had very cold pancakes, even though i was there 30 mins after it opened. The location was perfect for what i needed. Staff was friendly.

I make a very good living. I’ve stayed at many high-end hotels in the US and Europe. But I am very frugal and I don’t waste money unless I have to. I’ve stayed at this EconoLodge about 5 times now. It’s a not luxury hotel. But it is a very good basic hotel that provides everything I need: a clean room, free parking and even an included breakfast. As long as they keep doing that, I will keep staying there as an economical accommodation in the DC area.

I would like to used this opportunity to make mention ot the fact that the Address on the web site is not current. That got me driving in circle trying to get there until i had to stop by the road side call. Please update the web site with the current addresses. Thanks.

The room was clean. No elevator with the only working ice machine on the top floor and breakfast served on the bottom floor. Parking lot it extremely tiny with very little light.
