Inconvenient during 4 days. Pay parking fee $36 per day and water is 2 bucks. Room Card was not working 3 times during staying. Worst experience

The hotel is nice seemed a bit dated in room. Air system was bad with air vent being away from bed. Checking in the staff double charged us. After checking in we dropped off our stuff quickly to go get lunch across the street. Put do not disturb on door since we didn’t set up safe or anything. Came back an hour later to two gentleman in our room working on something. Tried asking them what was going on and they just kept working without properly telling us what was going on. Wife went to speak with manager on duty and they were rude about it. Stating they were doing internet work and have the right to come in the rooms with or without or knowledge even with do not disturb. We stated our concern about the issue and double charge but they didn’t seem to care. Next morning checking out the gentleman at counter heard our story and told us to reach out to main manager for a return of our stay since we used Expedia and he couldn’t do that only a manager can. Emailed and called manager and haven’t heard anything back. Overall was expecting a lot more from this hotel other than a nice location. I wouldn’t recommend with current leadership and staff being rude.

I have stayed at many Hilton properties, and by far, this one was the worst. The rooms are old, and the tub was extremely dirty. I felt disgusted honestly but had an early flight and wanted a hotel near the airport. Never again!

Great location. Great transit options. Nice rooms. Good, but expensive bar. Plenty of dining options within a reasonable walk. Negative - no pool or spa and mediocre gym.

Right across the street from the metro, so that was very convenient. Parking was very expensive (we paid $76 for 2 days). We werent aware the elevator from the parking garage was broken, which wasnt a big deal for us but would be for elderly or disabilities so i feel this is something that should be brought to attention before arrival

I enjoyed the amenities but the lack of response from the staff for issues was frustrating. I needed a plunger because the toilet backed up and never received it. I waited 3 hours and called back. I was lucky enough to get it to finally flush on my own. I asked for help from the front desk on two different occasions for information and the woman either didn’t understand what I was saying or just didn’t know the answer to my question either way it was frustrating. I’m not sure if I’d stay there again.

This is the most convenient hotel for easy access to DC and Alexandria Old Town. The Metro is right across the road and the Free Trolley is easy access for all of Old Town. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet. It cannot be beat. Also there’s a 24 hour diner right next door and the food’s terrific!!!

I will definitely go back again, had an amazing time. Only thing that stood out was the misinformation from the front desk. While checking in I was informed a 50 deposit for incidentals would be taken from my credit card. No issue, but when I noticed 170 was deducted and no one at the front desk could explain why. Just that it should be reimbursed in 2-3 business days.

Although it was a short trip, my stay at the Hilton Alexandria Old Town was peaceful and just what I needed. Every staff member was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Unbeknownst until checkin, no lunch/dinner/bar/room service was available due to "holiday scheduling." A Hilton with no room service?! Shower was devilishly hard to temperature-control (maybe hot water team was on holiday?). Unannounced, but room hospitality service was only available on request (and then didn'tfully replenish the coffee maker supplies). You can find that out by QR code, scroll to Services, etc., but it should be up-front part of checkin. Site is right at King St. Metro stop, a plus. Staff was very friendly. Pillows were huge and so soft as to be unsupporting.
