I stayed at this hotel Dec 28-29, and nothing about this hotel is good. It's really a disgusting experience. Loud noises, false fire alarms, terrible shuttle, irresponsible and unreachable manager... I don't recommend anyone to stay here.
When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel for pickup service as instructed(Actually I called them to schedule a pick-up in advance, but they told me only to call after arrival). They said the shuttle would come in 20 minutes, but I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes until I found the shuttle (during which I called them several times). And the shuttle had "Hyatt Place Dulles South" on it, a completely different hotel. How can I know it's heading to my hotel with nobody telling me about this? If I didn't ask the driver whether it was heading to Hyatt Place Dulles, I'm afraid I had to wait for a longer time.
Then, it's the most disgusting thing about this hotel. During a single night, four fire alarms happened on 5pm Dec 28, 4 am, 5 am, 6 am Dec 29. And everyone in the hotel was disturbed by these loud and uncomfortable beeping sounds in their sleep, and had to evacuate with nearly no clothes and bare foot, suffering in the cold wind of the midnight. The fire department later arrived, only to announce that each of the 4 alarms was falsely triggered. Then I asked for compensation, but the front desk only gave me a card with the manager's info. I emailed but had no response till now.
Loud noises from renovation are disturbing, too.
